18.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart that we announce the temporary closure of Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo until further notice, effective from 5pm Wednesday 25 March. This decision was made for the health and safety of our guests, staff and the broader community, and to comply with social distancing measures, mandated by government and health authorities across the country to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
