10.01.2022 If you're starting out your fitness journey with just an 'end goal' in mind then you may find one or more of the following begin to occur: - You lose track of what that big picture is. - You become unhappy with the moment you're currently in. - You forget that nothing good in life comes without hard work and appreciation. - You feel a lack of clarity on how you're actually going to reach that 'end goal'.... The list could go on forever ! - - - Here @tarrencammcoaching We like to look at things a bit differently! I personally believe that to achieve a certain outcome you must break down the processes into smaller and achievable outcomes that create a pathway of clarity! 07.01.2022 HELLO HELLO to all my dear 'Tarren Camm Coaching' Legends. -- FIRST: Apologies on the silence for these months that have gone by!... -- SECOND: Loads has changed!!! ------- So what's new? - All online training is via a fancy AF training app - All meal plans are based around flexible dieting, without restriction, without hinderance of results - Face to Face PT to commence as of NEXT WEEK when the gyms reopen, Slots filling V-FAST! ------ It's a massive understatement to say these last few months have been challenging, I've been super thankful to upgrade my services to a premium standard and to also take time to slow down and enjoy the beauty of life. 07.01.2022 ***CLEAN EATING*** It's definitely not everyone's favourite thing. People tend to associate this terminology with negativity and see it as a way to deprive and confine yourself. I've developed a FREE recipe Ebook that not only has a hilarious front cover but also delves into how to make "clean eating" enjoyable. You shouldn't just look at your food as fuel, it's good to know that it is and that it does serve this purpose...but it's even better when it actually tastes good to...o! Let's take the humble chicken breast for example, for a vast majority of people this is the boring meat. Many "clean eaters" will say they will not touch it again if they consume anymore. If I ate chicken breast the way they did, I would feel the same. There are many ways to enjoy chicken breast, Try this simple tweak for a little more enjoyment! INGREDIENTS: - 200g chicken breast, raw - 1/2 tsp mustard - 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper - 1 tsp crushed garlic - Salt and pepper METHOD: - Combine mustard, vinegar, garlic and spices in a bowl - Place chicken breast in a zip lock bag, add 2/3 of the marinade, set aside the rest for later - Seal and shake the bag making sure the chicken breast is covered in the marinade. - Marinate the chicken for a minimum of 20 minutes - Preheat Oven to 200 degrees Celsius - Place chicken on a tray and bake in the oven for approx 10 minutes - Turn the breast over and brush with remaining marinade - Cook for another 10 minutes or until just cooked through If you like this recipe there are plenty more where that has come from!
