She completed her yoga teacher training in India in 2017, with a focus on traditional ashtanga, hatha and vinyasa styles. She has been teaching ever since and has continued to develop her teaching style through working in gyms in the fitness industry. She specialises in strong slow flows which connect body with mind and breath in order to find calm.
