21.01.2022 Hi Nia dancers, Life is changing again. Right now, I am taking one week at a time with class schedules. Here is what I know: Monday - Tomorrow after 4 months we begin our first life class in Kingscliff Community Hall 9 - 10am. Woo hoo!!!... Tuesday - Zoom is discontinued for now as I am returning to teaching Nia at Gwinganna. I have loved sharing this time with you. 19.01.2022 Hi dancers, For the next 2 weeks, Wednesday Nia will be held in Kingscliff Community Hall 9 - 10am NSW time (8 QLD time). I would love for you to join me there Wednesday 6th and 13th January. I have recently returned from Sydney where I was visiting my family in Sylvania Waters. As greater Sydney is a hot spot, I had a Covid test and results were negative. However, I cannot cross the border into QLD for 2 weeks.... I can't wait to dance with you again. 15.01.2022 I just wanted to send out a huge "thank you" to all who joined me for Zoom Nia. It was such a gift for me to continue to do what I love and what makes me "feel good" with you online. Seeing your faces helped me "rise up" and navigate through these strange times with more boyouncy. Whether you shared a class or many, it was lovely to feel you and share in this space together. Dancing has been the way through so many seasons of my life and it was deeply meaningful to dance toge...ther through covid. I am now teaching 5 classes a week live, as well as studying and working at Gwinganna, so I am packing up my zoom equipment for now, but maybe back in the new year.
