25.01.2022 Days away from giving birth. Full trust in my body. Knowing I have my supports. Feeling unsure, but safely supported. ... My heart breaks for women who are having a different experience right now Birth in the western world hasn’t even nearly become the supported & sacred space that it should be for all women. Throw in the blinkers of this pandemic & see just how much work is yet to be done.... To all the women about to give birth, & to all the mothers who have recently given birth I send my deepest love, support & respect. This is certainly not an easy time to be becoming a mother. I hold energetic space for the trauma your have experienced (no matter how big or little you feel it to be) I hold space for the injustice you have been subject to, & I hold space to honour your strength, power & beauty. May you feel seen. May you feel heard. May you feel loved. See more

24.01.2022 Today was spent recording for a special offering for Yoga Teachers. Being invited to teach women about Integrated Pelvic Health is so special - I feel ready to share this wisdom with more women who will be able to then take it away & build upon with women on their own communities. I used to be afraid of sharing like this for 2 big reasons 1 What if I don’t know enough? & 2 What if I then become obsolete? These are the kind of stories that stops us from sharing our worth in the world! Doing my own work through gentle self inquiry & finding what feels more true for me means that today I am ready to share, without being caught up in those untruths.

23.01.2022 Ahhhh another book update One perspective could be that I haven’t made any real progress at all, but honestly that’s how the creative process can appear. But even when a huge change can’t be seen, there is plenty that is evolving. It’s the same as an athletes training often there are long plateaus before the next level of performance is observed. I’ve had one ‘rejection’ from a publishing company who gave the feedback that the content is enjoyable, interestin...g, what women need & should be published. BUT the content also contains taboo topics that just aren’t talked about, & we have nothing like this in then market - so basically there is no ‘prior proof’ that this is a marketable book. Overall the feedback was really positive & encouraging. It showed me that even though it feels a annoying that any of the topics in my book are considered ‘taboo’ (‘cause the content should just be common language & accessible information), it also reassures me that this book is NEEDED! I’m now in communication with some new threads that are presenting NEW potential & possibility. I’ve had a bit of a break following up during this move & quarantine, but I feel the energy building in a way that I’m ready to get the momentum going again. I don’t stress about the pause, I trust it. From time to time old mindsets sneak up your should be doing more’ - but I can quickly quash that thought with a new pattern & belief that I am in perfect timing. Thanks for the continued support x See more

21.01.2022 Yesterday I shared a whole mind body pelvic integration movement session, particularly with mamas in mind. If you would like to experience the practice, & join a beautiful group of women celebrating body love after birth you can join the group & access the session here x https://m.facebook.com/groups/339817873880704

20.01.2022 Creating & holding space for women The structure may change, the focus of conversation may change, the practices are varied, but the intention is always the same. For the woman to connect to her body, sense her wholeness & reveal to herself her body’s wisdom. When I speak about the body I am talking about the mind-body, the physical body, the energetic body, the emotional body & the spiritual body. What a lovely evening it was connecting with women to share some of the practices within Homegrown including movement, breath, mediation, pelvic floor activation & pelvic floor release I feel so blessed to do this work. Thank you to the ladies who joined

20.01.2022 A common question women ask me is Will I feel like this forever? Is this how it will always be? Is there still hope? YES. Yes there is. When we experience all consuming feminine body pain - prolapse, pain with sex, disinterest in sex, pelvic pain, incontinence - we wonder is there hope? The hope remains in our capacity to heal. The hope remains in our ability to go within & let our body lead the way & guide us towards feeling inner peace, body freedom. The hope is... in understanding that our body is communicating with us, & isn’t against us. The hope comes from listening to the body, rather than being in constant comparison of how we expect our body to be. As a woman who has experienced the pain herself & who has witnessed the capacity women hold to simply breathe into the body & sense the inner peace that exists. When we release the judgement, when we get out of our head & into our body & when we let ourselves feel how we feel - MAGIC happens. Hold the hope! See more

19.01.2022 Considering Prolapse Surgery? Here are some questions to consider first. Information = informed choice & autonomous health care. I generally attract an audience of women who feel a strong ‘no’ when surgery is suggested as an option. But if you are unsure of it is for you (& there is NO WRONG DECISION) knowing the answers to these questions are imperative. 1. If postnatal how far #postpartum are you? Many women are led to believe that postnatal recovery lasts just 6 we...eks or 3 months. There are still SIGNIFICANT changes happening even 2 yrs post birth. Do you feel like you’ve given yourself & your body enough time? 2. Has Your menstrual cycle returned? There are significant hormonal shifts that occur when your period returns (particularly for breastfeeding mothers whose cycles may have not returned). Hormones can have a big impact on #prolapse & prolapse symptoms. So waiting for your period to return is strongly suggested. 3. Have you tried a range of conservative measures? Pelvic floor Physio is just ONE avenue- and NO it’s NOT JUST KEGALS!!! Healing birth trauma, strengthening from the inside out, energetic therapy & emotional support can be PIVOTAL! I’ve seen so many women who feel completely different in their body from just one 3 hour in depth session with me - going beyond the physical can BE THE DIFFERENCE. 4. What are the likely outcomes for the particular surgery YOU are being offered? How likely is it to ‘fail’. How likely are symptoms to continue? How likely is repeat surgery going to be rehired? Are they offering additional surgery that is not entirely indicated (e.g ‘we can offer a hysterectomy - WHY? - what is the indication for that? What are the additional risk factors?) 5. How is your prolapse impacting your day to day life? Do the foreseen benefits of surgery outweigh the risks? Often women are lead to believe their surgery will ‘fix’ their problems- only to learn that they are ‘not allowed’ (surgeons orders) to participate in all of the activities they hoped to post surgery. Ultimately they have had a surgery that hasn’t improved their QUALITY OF LIFE at all!! 6. What do you think? What does your intuition tell you? What does your body tell you? Don’t dismiss your own inner knowing! Give yourself time. Don’t rush such a big decision. Get support, but ultimately it’s YOUR CHOICE xxxx See more

18.01.2022 WHAT BIRTH TEACHES US. My 1st birth & Motherhood experience taught me that I wanted more. It made me question everything. Total Confusion is how I would describe it. What has meaning for me? What are my real values? What do I really want from my life? What IS my life’s work? BIG Questions. My 2nd birth taught me how to SLOW & surrender. There was NO rushing my #postpartum recovery. No matter how much I wanted to fast forward it, I was going to have to BE IN IT. ... I’m so curious (& also a lil bit scared!) about what my 3rd birth will teach me. I know I’ll have the capacity to move through it. I also know it will test me, it will feel hard, I will have times where I think ‘I can’t do this anymore’ - but then I’ll come out the other side a new grown version of me. I’ll let you know when I know what I’ve learned. (You may be waiting a couple of years ) What has your birth/s taught you??

17.01.2022 What works for you, WORKS for YOU! I’ve heard of women being shamed by their closest friends because they choose to use toilet paper for their super light periods I’ve heard stories from women trying to force themselves to use cups, even when they are painful because they feel bad for using tampons (they aren’t as sustainable)... I’ve met women who are ashamed they use pads, because their friends believe they aren’t as ‘hygienic’ as tampons. There are certainly benefits of certain products for certain women. What feels good for me, won’t necessarily feel good for you. Shaming women to choose what you choose isn’t helpful. We all have different anatomy & physiology AND we all have different needs & values. What works for you works for you. It’s not wrong. If it feels good, then it’s a good choice for YOU!

17.01.2022 If you experience pain with penetrative sex after birth you are not alone. It can take months & in some cases years for some women to feel ready for penetrative sex after birth. It can feel isolating, confusing, unfamiliar & straining on both the relationship with yourself & your body, as well as your relationship with your partner. A huge contributing factor to pain with sex after birth that is often overlooked & underestimated is birth trauma. Birth trauma can be physic...al, emotional, & energetic in nature. Healing requires safe & sacred space to explore, express & process. Feeling like you have to ‘get over it & move on’ without the chance to explore, express & process is generally not helpful & only creates further pressure for women. Reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe, curious & open - without judgement, expectations & timeframes is a good first step. Simply breathing into the body, & bringing awareness to the body & asking your body questions like: what would feel nourishing? what do you need? how would I like to move? how would I like to express myself? can feel helpful. Opening these conversations is SO important. Women are navigating these territories feeling alone, unsupported & broken. Here, my intention is to create more conversation - I invite you to join in any way that feels safe for you. See more

17.01.2022 The best creative ideas come when we are present in our body. Body connection leads to creative inspiration. When we have that inspiration, we can choose to act upon it (or not) in any way that feels good. In my experience, the more I connect to my body & practice sharing my voice, the more clarity I gain. Not every idea needs to be acted on immediately. Sometimes, you just know they are there, growing in the background, developing whist you go about life. Other times, yo...u will try & feel like you ‘failed’, only to realise it lead to a new way of thinking & seeing (if your open). First connect to your body. Let the inspiration come. The practice sharing your voice with an open heart & mind.

16.01.2022 This is how many women describe their experience in their body Sometimes don't feel whole within ourselves, and we think it’s because we don't the right relationship, or the right career path, or the right body. When in fact, if we took a long hard honest look within, it’s that we haven’t practiced sensing our wholeness. Instead we have practiced finding all of the ways that we feel that we need to mould & shape ourselves into someone else’s values. This can happen parti...cularly when we have moved through a transition, for example a divorce or birth. We pinpoint that single event and blame for making us feel broken, when we have been finding cracks & believing that we have points of weakness our entire lives. When we go within, we get to expose all of the ways that we are not being true to ourselves & all of the ways that we have wronged ourselves for being who we are. It’s confronting & scary how much of ourselves we hide. It’s also liberating to realise that we don't need to fix anything about ourselves, rather we get to reveal more of ourselves. It is this process that is the energetic medicine that we have been in search of for longer than we can remember. From our earliest experience of becoming a woman & how we are introduced to our menstrual cycle, to how we refer to our vulva & vagina, to our experience of sex, pregnancy, birth, motherhood & beyond, there is an underlying current that reverberates the message that a woman’s body is wrong in some way. We feel like we have been sent to navigate through our lives in a vessel full of flaws that is certain to sink. Yet deep down, we have an inner knowing that this isn’t the truth. Deep down we know that there is something more available to us. More presence, more ease, more joy, calm, more pleasure, more simplicity. Peace. When a woman allows herself to sit with herself for long enough, she will tell you with full conviction, certainty, and honesty that her body is profoundly wise, full of depth & clarity, and whole. This is your invitation to sit with yourself long enough. See more

15.01.2022 As you can see we are settling into Townsville life & now I am ready to take on some online sessions as well. Women often ask what’s involved & how they work, so I’ll tell you a bit more below. If your ever curious, & want to chat know that you can flick me a message (email, text, DM - whatever works for you ) I love getting to know you over the phone & also checking before we dive in if you feel a session could be helpful. Sessions can be 1hr or 90mins (90 mind is good... for an initial) Via zoom We chat a bit about you, your health & where you are at, then I take you through some guided work that will help you connect to your body & let it tell you what it is you would like to explore. There is no forcing the direction of our time together, we simply move through whatever come up together. I might ask you some different questions to what you have been asking yourself, offer a new perspective, or give you some guidance as to how you can work with your body, energy & emotions rather than against them. My role is to offer support, but ultimately these sessions are about you cutting out some time for yourself to dive into what’s tugging at your body/heart/mind/intuition. It’s the space & support that’s helpful. You already have the answers! (I might fill in some gaps with some of my knowledge...) Investment = $120 for 90mins or $90 for 1 hr sessions. To book just send me a message.

15.01.2022 One of the most common question women ask me about exercising during pregnancy is Is that Pelvic Floor Safe? The answer- it depends. We can’t have blanket recommendations, because every woman is different. That’s why it’s important to #knowyourbody. These exercises all feel good in my body at 18wks pregnant. In my first & second pregnancy I was still running at 35+ wks. I don’t think I’ll be doing that this pregnancy - but who knows, I can’t predict that far ahead. I don’...t think I’m weaker, or less capable this time round. But I am older, I’ve had two vaginal births, & I’ve popped much earlier this pregnancy than in previous pregnancies..... Our bodies change across our lifetime. That’s not wrong. It’s just human nature. Train to be strong, fit & healthy - whatever that means for you in YOUR BODY. xxxx

15.01.2022 Women have been asking for these sessions & have found them very valuable. So I offer them to you! This is prenatal education & advice that’s tailored to you & your pregnancy. I will also share my top tips for early postnatal care for those precious first 6 weeks before you may have a chance to see a Women’s Health Physio. We cover * Pelvic floor self assessment of strength, co-ordination & endurance * Deep core & Pelvic floor care for pregnancy & early postnatal ... * Pregnancy exercise * Birth prep including prenatal perineal massage & postnatal scar management * Abdominal separation - pregnancy tips & postnatal management Leave feeling like you’ve had your questions answered, knowing that I’ll be there for you if more questions pop up. Investment = 60-90mins of your time & $120 Message for bookings & inquiries x

14.01.2022 These are 4 of the most common concerns that women share with me postnatally. Pain with sex often stems as a result of birth trauma. Remembering that birth trauma can be physical (e.g. forceps delivery, or tear) emotional (e.g birth not turning out as you envisioned) or energetic (e.g. a sense of personal power being taken away, or a sense of ‘held energy’ within the pelvis) Incontinence (bladder or bowel leakage) can be the result of an ‘overactive’ pelvic floor, de...creased strength of the pelvic floor, or less effective control & co-ordination of the pelvic floor. It can also be a result of the hormonal changes of breastfeeding. Prolapse symptoms include changes in bladder & bowel habits, low back pain, a bulging sensation vaginally, or heaviness within the pelvis. Often worse at the end of the day, during times of stress or at different times of your menstrual cycle. Feeling like a stranger in our own body is often linked to having some type of ‘goal’ in mind, without allowing time & space for your body to heal & recover AND due to a perception that our body needs to be in a place where it just isn’t yet. Talking away expectations & timeframes, & allowing space to simply get to know your body again is usually the place to start. There is a world of help out there. Women’s Health Therapists are one excellent point of call. Generally though, Women’s Health Physio’s have a very physical & functional approach. In my experience the BEST RESULTS come from an integrative approach which I have adapted in my own therapeutic practice. Yoga therapists, personal trainers, & TCM practitioners that also have this integrated approach that has YOU be the expert in your body & at the centre of your care are where it is at!!! See more

12.01.2022 We are leaving beautiful Victoria & it’s not without sadness. We’ve had so many fun adventures & immersed ourselves in so many beautiful places. We felt so welcomed into our new communities. We have felt extremely supported by family & friends. ... We don’t leave without deeply acknowledging how lucky we are to be in a circumstance that makes it feel possible for us to do so. We don’t leave without sadness for the people in different circumstances that mean it’s not as ‘easy’ as upping & leaving. There are so many emotions that come with these huge life transitions. I think I will question for a while if we are making the right choice. But I do also know that there can’t be a wrong choice. We will find ourselves wherever we are meant to be. See more

12.01.2022 #ProlapseSymptoms - it is helpful to know them, so that if you sense these changes in your body, you know to L I S T E N. When we know & understand our bodies, we can work with our body, rather than against it. If you do have one or more of these symptoms you may like to seek the help of a Women’s Health Physio. Many women feel these symptoms for the first time during #bodyshifts like #Pregnancy in the #Postnatal period, or when moving through #Menopause. If you sense these ...changes in your body, your body is speaking to you. Perhaps asking you to * Modify your movement * Bring awareness to your bladder & bowl habits & your diet * Rest & stress less * Connect with your #DeepCore & #PelvicFloor Kegals or Pelvic floor exercises are not always the answer. Nor is Prolapse a life sentence. Prolapse can feel mind consuming & life consuming, but with the right support #You’veGotThis - Keep the hope xxx See more

12.01.2022 If you’ve been thinking of joining us but need clarification around any aspect, here are some of the most common questions we’ve been asked answered below. Any specific q’s please DM and we’d be happy to answer. Q: Does the immersion run everyday for the 3 weeks? No. We meet once online via Zoom on Mon 11th for a 2-hour yoga class. The rest of the immersion is self paced. You can watch the wisdom videos & read the workbook PDF in your own time. If you choose to practice each... day it’s up to you. You’ll have access to the live class replay that you might want to use, or you might choose a practice from the workbook. Q: I can’t make the live Zoom call, can I still join? Yes. You’ll have access to the replay so you don’t have to attend live if you can’t make it. Although we always recommend being there if you can! Q: I have some injuries or conditions that make it difficult to practice. Will I easily be able to modify? Yes. You will be able to modify the practices accordingly and take everything at your own pace. Q: What’s the deal with the in-person component. Can I just do the online stuff, even if I live local to Townsville? Yes. You can choose to do the immersion online with no in-person component. The in-person add on is for those women who want to add a mini in person retreat (4-hours) to the end. You can also select to just do the in person retreat if that calls you. Just DM us for details. Q: What kinds of practices are going to be included? Great question. There will be a variety of practices including a variety of yoga specific for women, breath practices, meditation, embodiment practices, journal prompts, ritual ideas for new & full moon. We start this Monday 11 Jan. Still spaces remaining if you’d like to join. We’d love to have you. Link with full details https://higherstatesofyoga.com/wildwoman/

11.01.2022 Finding ways to move. In small doses. Without it looking perfect. Moving with the energy - not against it. Using the momentum when it arrives. ... Not wronging the rest when it’s required. #LetYourBodyLead x

11.01.2022 How you want to move your body is NOT WRONG. Blanket BS statements like ‘running after birth is dangerous’ or ‘heavy lifting leads to prolapse’ or ‘feminine movement (like intuitive dance) is more embodied than running (for example) do not serve women! Statements like these only takes away our opportunity to feel into OUR OWN BODY WISDOM. If you have a desire to lift , or run (for example) it doesn’t mean that you are ‘less IN YOUR body’ or ‘less embodied’ than a wo...man who dances or does yoga . If you want to participate in high level/impact sports - but you have given birth - it doesn’t mean you are going to leak or cause a prolapse. Women deserve better information & education. Yes we need to know Pelvic Health signs to look out for . We also need to know that we can build strength, endurance, coordination & body resilience . YOUR BODY IS UNIQUE. How your body is today, isn’t how it is tomorrow. From a Pelvic Health standpoint, a Whole Body Health perspective, AND an Embodied Woman perspective - NOT ONE SINGLE BLANKET STATEMENT that’s tell you how you should be/feel/move/look in your body could be true. The only truth that can be is what feels true for you?? YOUR BODY IS NOT WRONG. How you wish to be in your body is not wrong. How you want to move your body is not wrong. Sure a gentle self inquiry to understand why it is you may avoid particular styles of movement can lead to incredible self insight - but that doesn’t make how you wish to move in any given moment wrong.

10.01.2022 18 weeks & it’s #HomeBirth awareness week. I’ve not experienced a Home Birth, but I’ve had 2 very empowered births at the #TownsvilleBirthCentre. Last week I got to meet my beautiful #MidWife Emma, at the TSV Birth Centre where I plan to have my 3rd. Some important questions she asked me were, & things we discussed were: * What I do & don’t like during labour * What has me feel supported * My current mental health, & how I went after previous births * My feelings about inje...ctions & vaccinations for my baby * What interventions I am open to or not * Having my children at the birth & how that could be supported & how that might look * How I am feeling in general, what questions I may have, & what I would like my midwife to know. Birthing in this way should be available to all women. These open conversations where the mother & baby are at the centre of care should be available to all women. The questions & conversations should be offered to all women. See more

09.01.2022 Final days to register for this free online event. The pre/postnatal pelvic wellness workshop will focus on an embodied experience sensing into the pelvis & pelvic floor muscles with movement, breath & guided visualisation, along with gentle pelvic floor exercise & muscular release. If you would like to join, please send me your email address. I will also speak briefly about Homegrown & gift a special offer for women who attend. Taryn x

09.01.2022 The evolution of my book #BodyConscious continues. I am now on the lookout for a great feminine artist who can bring the magic of science & soul together in their art. Think beautiful images that accurately depict female anatomy. If you know someone, or if that someone is you, I’d love to connect. Thank you friends.

08.01.2022 Soaking up nature’s medicine with a simple #cleansingritual A beautiful sugar scrub with yummy essential oils gifted to my by Higher States Of Yoga (thank you! It was sooo nice!) followed by a swim in the falls. Nothing beats the simplicity of getting amongst nature & letting her do her thing! 08.01.2022 Pregnancy + Birth + Postpartum will also reveal SO much about your relationship with your body Questions for reflection: How do I feel about my body In particular how do I feel about the changes in my body?... What changes do I feel inconvenienced by? Ashamed of? How does this reflect my overall relationship with my body? How could I be kinder & more patient with my body? If I were to embrace the changes in my body during this transition, what would I do more of? What would I stop doing? What is my body asking of me? What does my body need? What would feel nourishing? 08.01.2022 Pregnancy , postpartum, & menopause - these are times when our body changes hugely & rapidity. Our body can feel very unfamiliar & this can be very uncomfortable! Add to that times when we are naturally invited to become more body aware - movement, exercise, sex & intimacy - the discomfort can become even more real. To the point where we begin to feel broken in our body. What can we do!? 1 Simple acknowledgement - your body is going through rapid change. Approach yo...urself & your relationship with your body with kindness, love & go gently!! 2 Build new body awareness. Think of it like any new relationship. Approach with curiosity. Ask your body questions & allow the answers to evolve naturally. What do you enjoy? What would you like to do? What has you feel safe? 3 Release expectations. So often we are told we MUST have a goal. A SMART goal. [Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & with a set Timeframe]. Out with the goal! You don’t need to be anywhere by a particular time. This is about letting your body lead the way. It will show you just fine. If you can trust it! 4 Communication. Where we are talking about sex, & strong, open communication with your partner OR about movement & training & strong communication with your coach/therapist or training buddy - we need to be able to express how we feel, where we are at & what we need to feel SAFE & supported. This can feel very vulnerable, but once we open the conversation we are usually happily surprised by how easy it becomes - & the depth of conversation & CONNECTED naturally evolves. 5 Know that constant transition & change is NATURAL & NORMAL. We can spend so much time wringing this natural & normal change. We somehow think our body should be ‘consistent’. But that’s not how nature works. Look anywhere at anything natural in our world & you can see that. The human body is magnificent. Trust it!!! See more

08.01.2022 What I’ve learned over the years is that #PelvicHealth is WAY more than continence, pain-free living, & enjoying sexual pleasure. Our Pelvic Health impacts our creativity, how we feel in our whole body, how we make decisions for ourselves, the life we create for ourselves, how we relate to others & how we relate to our world. It’s difficult to fully explain how our relationship to this part of ourself impacts our entire world (but you know I’ll keep trying!!). It really is s...omething you need to experience & explore for yourself to fully appreciate. To begin the journey (or even to continue it) it really is as simple as breathing into your body & feeling safe to be ‘IN’ your body & in your pelvic space. There is no right or wrong way to do that. There is no special thing you need. It’s really THAT SIMPLE & THAT PROFOUND at the same time.

08.01.2022 Ahhhh so happy! The rain held off, the mozzies didn’t attack me, & I got this wisdom offering in 1 take! Ahhh the magic In this talk I shared all about the #DeepCore & #PelvicFloor on a functional, anatomical, spiritual, emotional & energetic level. I use examples of pelvic health concerns such as #prolapse & #incontinence & how we can look at them from a physical & energetic level - for example the leakage women can experience on a physical level can also reflect how we le...ak energy by saying yes to things that don’t feel good; And how if we don’t feel supported in our birth & mothering journey we can sense that lack of support physically with symptoms of prolapse - e.g. pelvic heaviness, a sensation of ‘things falling out’... There is so much in this 40min chat that has me excited! The pieces that women would describe as ‘the missing links’ to pelvic health & whole body health. The pieces that have women knowing that ‘there is more to this than health professionals are understanding’. If you are intrigued, I encourage you to check out the link to Into The Wild - A Women’s Immersion. This is a 3 week online immersion & option for afternoon retreat for women in #Townsville. We’d love to have you! https://higherstatesofyoga.com/wildwoman/

07.01.2022 Gift time I have 4 Free Workshops I want to share with you. #PelvicHealth #IntuitiveMovement Sex & Sensuality + #BodyImage To access, send me your email (DM is best) & I’ll deliver them straight to your inbox. Take your time to dive in. Once you’ve had a chance to, I’d love to know how you went

05.01.2022 What do you do when you have an abundance of creative ideas & no real time to execute them & bring them into life? I recall this feeling clearly back when I had a breastfeeding baby & a toddler still in nappies. I had SO many ideas but not enough space to execute & create. It used to create such anxiety for me. It was ALL MIND CONSUMING. I used to feel the URGENCY. I felt like I was running out of time. Like if I didn’t create this today I’d lose the idea OR WORSE... someone else would get to create what I wanted to before I could! AKA I felt DESPERATE & totally ANXIOUS. Any creative know that this is NOT an ideal space to create from. Certainly all creation has it’s purpose - it gifts us more clarity, better understanding, a new unveiling. BUT I am SO glad that I no longer have this sense of urgency, anxiety & desperation. It’s depleting & exhausting Instead now I have the ideas, I know they are there, I know they will grow & I trust that the time will come when the time is right. Right now I have a book idea, it’s just percolating. I have an online immersion just waiting to be recorded . I just don’t have the space, & I’m OK with that. Sometimes it’s procrastination & fear holding us back. Sometimes it’s a lack of commitment. And sometimes, it’s just life’s circumstances. We are taught that if we really wanted it, we’d make it happen by getting our priorities straight & just doing it! True, sometimes. Sometimes, you don’t need to give yourself a hard time - & just let the space come to you. See more

03.01.2022 What has you feel safe? This is such an important question when doing soul work, healing from trauma, revealing yourself. When we are unsure of what action to take, or when we know what action to take but we feel hesitant - this is a great question to ask. What has you feel safe? ... Safe to be you? Safe to share your story? Safe to be with your feelings? Safe to explore your inner landscape? Safe to be in your body? Safe to connect with others? See more

03.01.2022 Yewww! It feels so exciting to be back in conversation & connection with women, supporting them to feel strong, healthy & whole in their body! I am supporting women both online & face to face. I’m so excited by the feedback of the online sessions, which has really affirmed that they can be just as powerful as face to face consultations. I have face to face appointments available on Monday 23rd Nov 9-4 & some availability still on the 30th before 1pm [NQ Osteo TSV]... These times can also accomodate online sessions, with the addition of weekends & some afternoons (DM to arrange a time that suits you) Women generally work with me to support them with: * Healing prolapse & incontinence * Pelvic pain * Concerns with sex - disinterested in sex, feeling disembodied during sex, pain with sex.... * Birth/surgical/medical/sexual trauma * Exercise & movement advice * Pregnancy & postnatal support for deep core, pelvic floor, & exercise If you would like to chat about what would best suit you, & if I can support you please message me to chat more. DM for appointment bookings x

03.01.2022 Into the Wild is a 3-week online immersive experience open to all women whether you have practiced yoga / embodiment practices or not, with the option of attend...ing a wild woman experience closing ceremony if you live locally to Townsville. The 3-weeks is largely Self led / paced with an opening live guided practice (recording available after) and then access to weekly wisdom discussions (via video) & a PDF full of practices that you can use to deepen your connection with your body and your feminine (Shakti) energy. We have been blessed with a New and Full Moon during the immersion (not planned and yet obviously divinely timed!), so there will be some beautiful ritual options for you to access during these potent portals. This is for women who have felt the call to dive deeper into their practice, exploring the feminine through embodied practice & wisdom teachings and practice. As we weave our way through a new year, the energy at this time is fresh & ready for clear intentions to be seeded. At the end of this immersion you will feel exactly that. Clear and ready to flow your way through 2021 with deeper connection to your true essence. Welcoming you to join Taryn Gaudin, Women’s Health Physio and Embodiment Mentor Taryn Gaudin alongside me as we journey together through the coming weeks. If you have questions please DM me. 03.01.2022 Pregnancy Exercise & Abdominal Separation - what to look for.

01.01.2022 A snippet from a ‘Women’s Bodies Womens Wisdom’ conversation where we took a dive into the experiences women have across the lifespan & how this can change our relationship with our self, our body & our world.

01.01.2022 We’ve decided to make the move back to sunny NQ We don’t make this decision lightly, & the move won’t be without complexity. We are a family of adventurers & we value exploring the great outdoors. We yearn for connection & simplicity. This year has not felt like that for us here in Melbourne. We don’t know exactly what the future looks like. We don’t have it all planned out. One step at a time is all we know right now. ... The next step will reveal itself when the time is right. To my Melbourne clients, I will not forget you! I endeavour to continue to support you & hope to reconnect face to face in Melbourne in the future. Between now & then I am creating online offerings as time & space open up. There are so many possibilities & I am trying my best to remain open to them all. See more
