24.01.2022 Hi Tas Gourmet Tour fans I did a lil sampling yesterday at the current @monamuseum Faro restaurant, Experiment era. Twas fine, we chose the set menu ( see photos ). Was thoughtfully balanced with some delicate nuances. Cocktails to accompany were well mixed.... We do bespoke tours to Mona, just tell us what you're interested in. 16.01.2022 Raw turnip with grapefruit, fresh coriander seed and poached skate from The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery. This dish was from earlier in the year and it was splendid. It was my first time eating skate and I was intrigued. As always the chefs had combined a gorgeous blend of flavours, the grapefruit citrus complimented the skate well and the raw Tasmanian turnips with a litlle hint of tart and pepper was devine. The fresh coriander seed fitted in the middle to round it all toget...her gracefully. 5 stars.
