24.01.2022 Verde are keeping us going in Westbury. #supportlocal

22.01.2022 On Sunday 13th September the staff from the Sheffield Medical Centre, along with a great bunch of locals, participated in a 5km walk around Sheffield to raise money for Cancer patients. It is usually done in Launceston but due to COVID, 2020 was made into a virtual event. We dedicated the walk to a lovely young lady whose ‘Cancer journey’ ended in 2017. Our local Community helped to support her through her ‘journey’ so we decided that we would ‘pay forward’ for Dannielle.... We raised a total of $2700, which was amazing considering the short time frame we had to make it all come together. We have donated money to the Cancer Council and the remaining money will be used to help support people in our community going through the ‘journey’. We will be giving people vouchers for food, petrol etc. from our local businesses to help with the financial strain that comes with treatment and appointments. We are all very passionate about our community and the people in it. We strive to support and ‘give back’. The plan is to continue it next year so we can keep helping our community.

20.01.2022 We are happy to reopen our rehab room! If you're one of our patients, you can use these premises to better your overall well-being under the supervision of experienced staff. And as a doctor in one of our clinics, you can prescribe exercise to your patients, instead of medication.

13.01.2022 Cataract Gorge Reserve is located in the middle of Launceston city. It offers stunning views, children's playground, an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ area, cafes and restaurants, and a chairlift across the river. Everything for a nice day out for the whole family, or a quiet spot to gather your thoughts. Tazza enjoys the walking tracks which are in abundance here.
