19.01.2022 Unfortunately I am one of those lucky people whom suffers from cold sores. I have tried every cream tablet home remedy I have come across but with no huge success. 18.01.2022 So today at work I was doing some cleaning which included running the mop around. I added 4 drops of motivate to the mop bucket and the branch smelt amazing all day. I quite often use motivate in the diffuser at work and I truly believe it helps myself and the staff remain focus and I find we are more productive as a team.
18.01.2022 Last night I arrived home after a full day a work then a P&C meeting that did not finish until after 7pm. My neck and back were aching and I had a head ache. In the past I would have gone to the medicine cabinet and taken medication to assist but instead I reached for some coconut oil and my bottle of lavender peace and headed to the bathroom. I placed 2 table spoons of coconut oil and 6 drops of lavender peace into the bath tab and in I dumped. 15 minutes later I hoped out my head ache had gone and my neck and back were feeling better and the added bonus my skin felt amazing and I enjoyed the most restful night sleep.

10.01.2022 This is a new blend I have started using on my husband and I for our back/ neck pain. 12 drops Copaiba 4 drops peppermint and 4 drops lavender into a 10ml roller bottle filling the remainder with sweet almond oil. It provides relief our aches and pains and eliminates the need to use anti inflammatory and pain relief medication.
02.01.2022 If you are someone who suffers from headache / migraines then you will love this oil. I no longer have to reach for panadol or nurefen when a headache strikes I just grab my roller bottle of PastTense and roll two spots in my hairline directly above my temples. The reason I place this in my hairline is that this is and extremely strong blend if you are going to use on a child I would recommend adding to a carrier oil first.
