Calmness is strength .... it gives the ability to focus where our energy needs to flow in a constructive way rather than a reactive way. We might need to alter the way we do our regular things, but that’s ok! We can be adaptable to the changing world ... a calm perspective can be a big help with any transitions we need to make and any challenges we need to face.

What is happening is out of our control.... courage helps us to dig deep and confront the challenges and changes ahead! ... Master calmness, make decisions with clarity and dig deep for the courage to adapt .... for many life won’t be the same again ... this acceptance takes courage, transitioning to a new way of life takes courage, starting over if needed, takes courage.

04.01.2022 How fast the world can change! We are living in an era of digital transformation! This has never become so evident as during the past weeks! ... Currently, one of the biggest concerns on a global economic scale is ‘how will my business survive??’ Fear can absolutely be a natural reaction due to the uncertainty the economic world is facing, but there are questions business can analyse during these trying times: How can I make my situation work for me? How can I make my business fully remote? How can I take my everyday business life and move it into the online space? Can I create meaningful content to get noticed and draw business from the online space? Can I set up new products and services that I can work with in the online space? Can I take appointments for phone or video call consultations? Can I create an online market place? Am I open minded to being adaptable? Fear is big, but fear is where the growth can come. Extraordinary circumstances call for extraordinary measures! Breathe through the apprehension, be grateful for the moment and the lesson the current situation is giving us ... regulate any fear you are feeling, challenge it, explore the possibilities and take action. As you navigate the waters of the unstable economics, find your direction, set your sail and have the faith you will find your way through it.

Everyday find the good, look for the lesson, cherish the reason to be grateful for even the smallest of things. When we can look at all the small things collectively throughout the day with gratitude in our heart, it can calm our mind, dispel the negativity we might be sensing, and help us look forward to a better tomorrow.
