It was during this time I was introduced to regular massage therapy. What was once considered a luxury became a necessity to my own selfcare and mental & physical wellbeing. Which is why I became a Certified Relaxation Massage Therapist. I was working as a Dive Instructor at the time- sometimes diving 3 t...imes a day - 6-7 days a week. The work was very physical and although it was so much fun it was exhausting both mentally - You are in charge of peoples lives...18m underwater and physically - you cover a few kms underwater with the heavy tanks on your back!.
