25.01.2022 MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE DAY IS GETTING OUTDOORS. It's the moment when I'm in the sun, exercising, catching up with friends and enjoying a juice or coffee. It definitely gets the mind right & allows me to regenerate the right kind of energy. What about you... what's your favorite time of the day that you look forward to?



25.01.2022 HEY, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT? Question for you... when was the last time you were absolutely surprised in the best way possible? For me, it was when I found this picture of Alex ‘checking me out’ as he says. But really I’m pretty sure he was starting at my boobs. Haha. ... In all seriousness, I love that he can still look at me the way he did when we first met, even in married life. What about you? What was your surprise?

20.01.2022 3 WAYS TO GET MORE CLIENTS THROUGH YOUR INSTAGRAM WITHOUT FEELING EXHAUSTED OR BROKE. I know what the usual advice is. I've seen and heard it all, just like you. And typically, when you're working to generate more leads, you'll be told to do these 3 things: Buy ads Send loads of cold emails/DMs Become an influencer... But my advice? It's different. You don't need to spend 1000s of dollars or spend 6 hours a day like with these other methods. Here are 3 ways you can work towards your goals, without breaking the bank or exhausting yourself: Re-vamp your Instagram page so that it is appealing to the right audience, is aesthetically pleasing & adds value. Things like Profile photo, username & name and your bio determine whether a client will want to stop & follow you. So take a look at it & ask yourself, is it attractive to my ideal client? Create your content using the client journey model. It’s not about getting any old photo & half done caption out there. There’s a science to it, and if done correctly will increase your audience dramatically (mine went up 70% in my first week just by doing this). What’s the journey model you say, it’s where you start warming your clients from when they first follow you to liking you, to trusting you to wanting to be like you & then go on to buy your products/services. Get your friends to take photos of you regularly. You need loads of photos of YOU for your profile. The hidden secret is people want to follow people, not the business. They need to appeal to YOU as a person before they can know, like & trust you. So when you’re out with friends, make it a habit to get a couple of snaps to add to your collection so you never run out. I'm curious... which of these would you try first? 13.01.2022 CALLING ALL BOOKWORMS. I just finished reading ‘Think Like a Monk’ by Jay Shetty and here are 3 key ‘ah ha’ moments I got from it: 1- ‘If you think you’re too small to make a difference try sleeping with a mosquito. Petty, negative words are like mosquito’s. Even the smallest ones will rob us of peace’.... 2- ‘Do not give your attention to what others do or fail to do. Give it to what you do or fail to do’. 3- ‘Fear motivates us. Sometimes it motivates us towards what we want, but sometimes, if we aren’t careful, it limited us with what we think will keep us safe’. What this means for you is that everyone goes through their own self-limiting beliefs, personal barriers & fears; but no matter how small we feel, we can still make a big difference! 11.01.2022 WHEN I'M NOT COACHING, I'M... Although you see me talking about coaching a lot here on my feed, I do have other interests in life lol! On weekends, I unplug from my coaching business and I like to spend my time with my husband, listening to audiobooks, catching up with friends & family, going on a motorbike rides. Not super exciting, I know lol, but these activities recharge me for the week to come. ... How do you spend your unplugged time?

You might be surprised to learn that I'm a qualified Coach in the Health & Fitness Industry and previously coached dancers, business owners, actors & tv presenters.... I have built 2 businesses and a client portfolio worth $2M business, worked around Australia teaching leaders business & sales strategies. I hold an Advanced Diploma level in Business & Completing my Bachelors Degree of Business & Marketing to build my expertise & be the most sought after coach in the industry. Today I have my own coaching business and teach other coaches & business owners on how to do this too. What this means for you is you're getting a coach who is experienced and ran the hard yards. 09.01.2022 MY IDEAL DAY READY? If I could craft my ideal day, the one where I'm bursting with energy and gratitude for being alive, it would look like this: My alarm goes off at 5am, it’s Monday morning. I put on my gym clothes & head to my morning Pilates class. It’s one of my favourite instructors today, it was hard but felt great.... I come home & Alex has breakfast started for the kids. It’s his day off with them so can focus on work today. We enjoy breaky together before showering & grabbing my laptop to head to the local coffee shop. I enjoy a coffee whilst working though my to do list, responding to client questions, checking my appointments for the day, creating my course for today’s social media master class. I get though a couple of hours of work before coming home for my client meetings. Alex takes the kids to the park so I can focus on my client zoom meetings with my interstate business mums. We are talking about lead generation today & how to convert cold leads to warm and hot. I get to speak to 2 clients before starting my Monday Social Media Masterclass. It was an amazing session with some great business owners and they got so much inspiration to take back to their businesses. I love that I can be flexible & enjoy the little things with my family & friends. So I get to join the kids for swimming lessons, dinner & putting them to bed. I spend some much needed time with my husband while working on my Women in Wellness event coming up. It was such a great day! I share this with you because that's my vision. I know where I'm going. And sometimes? That's the hardest part; just knowing what you want and where you want to go.
