08.01.2022 Wednesday 30th Decemeber 2020 Yesterday I spent time sterilizing jars, filling them with various herbs and natural products, and putting labels on them all as an awesome finishing touch. This morning I used the Californian Poppies that I grew in my garden, and made a tincture with the purpose of assisting anxiety, pain and insomnia. I can't wait to try it out in a month or so.
