They spent the first five days driving themselves with the assistance of accommodation and tour bookings being made by Tasmania i-Drive. On day six they were joined by Rob who took over the driving duties and commenced the tour commentary on topics many and varied.

11.01.2022 Jeanine & Daniel from Massachusetts, USA and their 6-year-old grandson, Paul, recently settled in Tasmania, enjoyed 3 separate Day Tours of Tasmania. This was mostly about giving young Paul a good feel for Tasmanian history, flora and fauna, or, as he might call them, plants and animals! None of the animals were going to compete with a boy’s love of dinosaurs but the special sighting of a platypus came pretty close!

01.01.2022 Roy and Lynn from Cairns enjoyed a few days touring around Tasmania. A highlight was Devils@Cradle where we learnt about the Tasmanian Devil and its cousin the Spotted Tail Quoll and Eastern Quoll.

01.01.2022 USA Friends Private Tour of Tasmania began with a drive to the summit of Mt Wellington to enjoy magnificent views over Hobart, followed by a trip to Richmond where we visited the historic bridge and old Richmond gaol.
