25.01.2022 Hi everyone, heres a short but cool story. Old mate Shane here, had a much loved Virago 1100 some 27 years ago. Now, as we all have done he regrettably sold it. Now enter Erika who follows this page, she had this great low (12,000 km)example that she didnt want to take with her on her next move. Enter Bretto, Erika contacted me and we did a deal. So I put it on Gumby Tree, Shane sees it and thought it was his old bike, it wasnt but sparked his desire to ride again. We did a quick transaction and after 27 years without riding a motorcycle he roared off into the distance like a pro This is one of the best things about what I do. Theres nothing like that infectious , Im getting a new bike grin. The Motorcycle bug may lay dormant from time to time, however it never seems to leave us. Cheers yall and have a great week, Bretto.

22.01.2022 Hows this for service?? I was to drop the mighty KTM495 to the guys at Moto Trans Tasmania this morning. ( Its going to WA to live ) Old mate Phil rings and says, where the bloody hell are you ?? ( the poor buggers were trying to pack the truck for tonights sailing) Whoops was my reply. I got caught up with customers. Within 15 minutes Andrew the driver was here, 5 minutes later its loaded and gone. Thanks for the great service guys,bloody legends... Now my fellow Guzzistas, this bike runs and sounds as sweet as, I cannot believe how quiet it is in the motor. Its had some $$$ spent on it, Staintune, YSS shocks, screen and bags. It rides spot on and is a cheap way to get into the Guzzi scene. $3900 Speaking of Guzzis does anybody know of a Griso for sale?? Preferably a later model 1200 SE, but 1100 is ok. Cheers Brettrico.

16.01.2022 SOLD SOLD SOLD...Hi all, I trust everyone is well. Heres a cheapie for someone. 1999 Suzuki GSX750F, 1 owner for 21 years!! These bikes are bullet proof, the motor in this bike ticks over very nicely. Now, the reason its so cheap. 1 it has some scratches on the RHS fairing. 2 the rear shocker has no dampening, so its a bit springy in the back. Probably a $2-300 fix.... He bought it off me 3 years ago and decided to change to a Triumph Explorer 1200 that I had just got in. There a fun lively machine, plenty of power and plenty of brakes as well. Now these arent the fastest things on 2 wheels. I reckon they would good for the back of a campervan/motor home. 08.01.2022 Phew , finally home after a great 3 day ride. How good is it putting on wet riding gear to start a new day!! If youve forgotten its bloody awful!! We left Strahan this morning in a nice foggy drizzle and had an good ride, all things considered. We came across a rolled car and caravan, which is never a good thing. Derwent Bridge was choker full of bikes , the ROT crew are out on a lap of Tas, good too meet some of you Ado and Mick from Blokes World were blown away with... the Central Highland area. The big Limo, Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited, 2015 with lots of chrome trinkets. The coolest part for my money is the Street Glide seat and Sissy bar that comes with it, so all you have to do is flick the quick release levers on the top box and boom you go from a Ultra to Street Glide. 05.01.2022 Well guys, boredom has officially set in. When youre so used to being fully engaged all day, then suddenly the brakes are firmly applied, it takes a bit of getting use to. So I have a plan, lets drag out some old photos and have a bit of a laugh as well as trip down memory lane. So todays theme is to post a pic of your first bike. Heres my 1974 ish Honda 350/4. This bike has a very special memories for me, to say it got me in and out of a lot of trouble would be an unders...tatement!! So my Moto friends, dig out the pics, post them with a story and let help each other tick away some time. Just in today, I had one look and thought, youre bloody cool, I then started it up and smiled, next thought....could I live with you? 2 minutes up the road, the answer was solid no. My favourite part... when we swapped bikes and I got to ride the warm and plush HD Ultra, it was like getting an airline upgrade Nothing wrong with the mighty Griso, just bloody exposed to the icy wind blast.
