02.01.2022 Permits for the Overland Track go on sale on 1 July. We expect they will possibly sell out on that day, especially for dates between Oct and Dec, where the permit has been reduced by $100. No permit = no walk so if you want to walk the Overland Track self guided this season (guided trip permits are sold differently) you better book your walk now so we can try to secure your permit on 1 July.
