Our son, Ryan, is in China and has gone through this experience. Stay calm, sew, be cautious, do a jigsaw puzzle, Skype a friend, join a online class. These patterns use a range of different techniques so if you want to try something new, or maybe give yourself a New Year challenge, these are super fun. Try it. Learn it. You don't have to love all the new things you learn, but getting out there and trying new things is all part of the fun. See more
