25.01.2022 Dear Tiger Track fans...this isn't about a stamp but my art...there is a lovely landscape exhibition at Handmark Gallery and you have the opportunity to vote in the people's choice award. I would LOVE you to vote for my work of course! It is a lino print of Lake Dulverton in Oatlands. Just go to Handmark Gallery Hobart...landscape exhibition...vote here...thanks! And yes, Handmark Gallery has a stamp!

22.01.2022 I am just about to deliver two new stamps for Hobart.

22.01.2022 Tiger Track stamp collecting is the way to help with the recovery of Tasmania's tourist industry! What better way of re discovering your state than to use the Tiger Track "Where to find the stamps" list as your tourist guide. Tiger Track saves the day!!!!!!!!

21.01.2022 Tiger Track stamps online news: a family in Burnie has already earned enough points get two stamps. They made Easter cards and also engaged in various physical activities. They requested the Redwater Creek Railway stamp and the Cradle Coast Tours stamp.

21.01.2022 I have a new addiction! I can't stop colouring my stamp designs for coloured fridge magnets.

20.01.2022 The challenge: There are now 266 Tiger Track stamps in Tasmania and I have decided to aim for 300 by the end of the year. This is my way to help invigorate Tasmanian tourism. So...please contact me if you manage a venue and would like to have a Tiger Track stamp. The total (one off) cost is $85 which includes the design, stamp, ink pad, signage and presence on the Tiger Track website. Or send me suggestions of places you know of which might bea potential stamp venue. I only need 34 more stamps to reach 300! But I need your help. Suggestions please! Thanks! Big discount for 'not for profit' venues.

17.01.2022 Nice post from the Launceston Visitor Centre

15.01.2022 Do you often think "Why did I say that?" I had that experience today when interviewed on ABC radio by Helen Shield. Tiger Track Stamps is aiming for 300 stamps... by the end of the year (currently 266) and Helen asked me if there is a place where I would love to have a stamp. I suddenly heard myself saying "MONA!" I have to confess that, while I would love MONA to have a stamp, it is no more important for me to have one at MONA than at any other venue. One of the main features of Tiger Track stamps is that they can be found at major attractions as well as small "off the beaten track" venues. That's part of the beauty of Tiger Track stamps...so having a stamp at MONA would be great but so would having one in a tiny cafe in a remote village on the west coast. See more

14.01.2022 Tiger Track Stamps Online Collecting Are you missing collecting Tiger Track stamps??? Good news! I am pleased to be able to offer a way of collecting the stamps on line by using a point collecting system.... How it will work: Get yourself a project book or journal. Choose a destination from the page Where to find the stamps on www.tigertrack.com.au Calculate how many kilometres it is from your home*. *if you are interstate or overseas please use Launceston as your starting point. If, for example, you choose Ulverstone and it is 135 kms from your home you will need to amass 135 points. How do you earn points? 1. 15 minutes exercising = 10 points 2. 30 minutes school work = 10 points 3. 15 minutes chores = 10 points 4. Making a card and sending it by post (yes a REAL letter) to a friend = 20points 5. 30 minutes practising your musical instrument = 10 points 6. 30 minutes gardening = 10 points Once you have the required number of points (eg 135 to get the Ulverstone stamp) send me an e mail and I will then send you the stamp design via e mail. You can then print it out and paste it into your Tiger Track Stamps journal. You could colour it in! This will work on an honesty system of course. Extras! Now and then there will be a remote stamp venue on special and you will only need half the number of points to get that stamp. Once you have collected 20 stamps I will send you a fridge magnet. Once you have collected 40 stamps I will e mail you the VERY elusive FEMALE Thylacine stamp design. One more rule: If you go to a place where there are two or more stamps in close proximity you will need an extra 10 points for each stamp. Eg... if you live 25 kms from Richmond you will need 25 points to get the Richmond Gaol stamp extra 10 points to get the Puzzle People stamp extra 10 points to get the Pooseum stamp extra 10 points to get the Richmond Bridge stamp etc etc e mail me at [email protected] Kaye and the Boss

12.01.2022 I have finally tidied up the Tiger Track list which enabled me to do a count of the stamps available around Tasmania. I have been saying that there are "well over 200" but, after the "stock take" I can reveal that there are 265 stamps! This is NOT counting the stamps I have made for festivals and events. When I first started Tiger Track stamps I was hoping for 40...well I have definitely surpassed that...it's hard to believe. Thank you to all the Tiger Track fans out there.

08.01.2022 I am so happy to hear that a stamp that I thought had gone missing is alive and well in Derby. It was one of the first stamps in Tiger Track history and was in ...the Tin Dragon Information Centre in Derby but that venue has been closed for 2 years and I feared the worst! However...some friends visited Derby yesterday and found the stamp at the Derby General Store and Providore. Wonderful news! See more

06.01.2022 I am excited to announce that there are two new stamps being made for Dorothy's House in Sandy Bay and Picture It Framed in Glenorchy. They will be available in about a week. Stay tuned!

06.01.2022 I will be on ABC radio Hobart 936 afternoons with Helen Shield taking about Tiger Track stamps going online. If you want to hear how you can participate listen in after the 2pm news. Today!

05.01.2022 There is now a supply of Tiger Track stamp pouches available at the gift shop at the Tasmanian Royal Botanical Gardens. Get a pouch and then get your first stamp at the hub.

04.01.2022 I have removed the online activity for Tiger Track stamp collecting. It was great fun and was a nice way of learning some Tasmanian geography for children learning at home. So...get back on the road and start collecting again from over 200 venues around Tasmania.

01.01.2022 I will be in Oatlands at the heritage Supreme Court building 7 Campbell Street on September 26th from 11am - 2.30pm. There is a project by Hunter Island Press on show as well as other historical information about the courthouse. AND there is a Tiger Track stamp! I'll be there with another artist and we both have cards and bags for sale. I will also bring some collection pouches and extra stamps including the very shy female Thylacine stamp...yes she will be there. I would love to see you.

01.01.2022 I am VERY excited to announce that there are two new stamps at the Gorge in Launceston. One is at the cafe near the chairlift ticket office and the other one is across at the Gorge restaurant/cafe. That makes THREE for the Cataract Gorge; there was already one at the Basin Cottage.
