14.01.2022 The Tasman Op Shop & Library Commity are excited to welcome back volunteers this week. Access to the building has been approved by the Tasman Council and we are looking forward to taking action towards opening in the near future. Keep an eye out, we’ll keep you posted

03.01.2022 Tasman Community Op-Shop and Library will be looking to re-open to the public late July. In order to reopen operations safely, and within the limitations of Covid restrictions, we will see some changes in operations. We are intending to reopen to trade with our regular operating hours with introduced social distancing measures. Measures will include; customer limits, hand/basket sanitization, along with alterations to the library and donations. The necessity to quarantine d...onations means that we will see some changes in the way you will be able to donate. We appreciate the support of the community and appreciate that there are many that have been holding onto donations during the isolation period. The committee has decided that it is important to re-open donations as soon as practicable. In order to manage the flow of incoming donations and the required quarantine/sanitization procedures we will be implementing a booking system for incoming donations. Donations will be subject to volume limits, ie. 3x garbage bags of clothing and furniture will require booking. We will also require personal information which will be recorded and only shared if legally required. Bookings will be taken on our main phone line 0487 168 942 We are looking forward to the Op-Shop reopening as much as you are. The Tasman Community Op-Shop & Library runs 100% on community donations of items and time. The Op-Shop continues to contribute to the Tasman region because we are lucky enough have the support of an amazing community. For this we are grateful, and we would like to thank you for your patience through this time. Warm regards from the entire Tasman Community Op-Shop & Library team, we look forward to welcoming you back soon
