06.01.2022 IMPORTANT Additional information regarding the TRA Special General Meeting (SGM) is below. More details on the SGM can be found in the attached link. a) TRA Members have asked about the duration of the SGM on 7 May 2017. Given all the issues have been well canvassed and there is plenty of pre-reading context available, the SGM will finish at 2:30pm to allow two hours for sufficient discussion and ensure people can get home in daylight. b) If a new member has joined a TRA ...branch since the 4 March AGM and would like to attend and vote at the 7 May SGM, please note that they need to meet the guidelines below. They have paid the membership fee to their local Branch Their membership application has been accepted by that Branch according to their rules Their Branch has sent the person’s name to TRA and remitted the TRA membership fee Enough time is allowed for bank clearance of online payments. Because our only remaining staff member works Tuesday to Thursday we need to have a final list from all branches of any additional members who have joined since the AGM by Thursday 4 May at 3pm. TRA will not be able to verify new memberships after that date. We encourage all TRA members to attend the SGM to provide their input and vote towards the motions that have been put forward by the TRA membership.
