18.01.2022 This is Vongai. She dropped in to visit before jumping on the Spirit of Tasmania. She recently finished her studies in agriculture, and successfully completed her doctorate studies in August this year. Early in 2020 as COVID-19 affected the chance to find work among other things. Vongai, and I would spend time in prayer over the phone seeking Gods will in her life. There were various dissapointments but we firmly believed that God would provide one way or the other. Well the ...answer came in the form of an opportunity to work in South Australia in her field and a position where she will find stimulating and has the Sabbath off (this seemed to be a common problem when she had job offers) . A loss for us but a gain for SA. God is faithful! Vongai has been a strong supporter of the ASOC ministry in Hobart and sharing her gifts by serving in the Rosny Seventh-day Adventist Church. You will be sorely missed my Zimbabwean sister, go with God, great is His faithfulness, His mercies are new every morning. Tasyouth will miss you.
