With magical beaches and stunning sunsets this beautiful part of northern Tassie has everything to keep both young and old entertained. In Georgetown, a visit to the musuem and walk along the foreshore is a must before heading up to Low Head to visit the Pilot Station and lighthouse. ... From there drive north east and you'll find stunning beaches to explore and coastal rocks to climb as the kids look for crabs and shells. 16.01.2022 For all our dinosaur lovers out there wondering where to find T-Rex , head to Tasmanian Bushland Garden near Buckland. A lovely community garden with multiple walking trails, a waterfall, ponds and amazing sculptures from local artists. There are lots of creatures to find along the trails. A great place to stop for a picnic and a walk, facilities include picnic shelter and tables, a BBQ, toilets and a children's play area. ... 01.01.2022 Sure, it's hard work but I'm yet to meet a parent that didn't have the time of their life travelling with kids. Our body clocks are wired for early rises and late night wind downs after the kids go to bed.
