09.01.2022 All our products are made locally in Kempton by hand. We use as many Tassie ingredients as possible including single malt whisky made right here in town! 04.01.2022 Need ideas on what do use our products for? Whisky Infused salt with rosemary is perfect on lamb, steak or on your roast potatoes. Whisky chocolate sauce we tend to eat by the spoonful.... but it is great in a cocktail, over ice cream and drizzled over your favourite dessert.... Whisky Chilli Jam is AMAZING with soft cheese, crackers, on a platter, with wedges or on a toasted sandwich. Whisky BBQ sauce can be used for anything! Marinade your favourite meat, use on your pizza base, pop some in your spag bol, eat poured on top of steak... the options are endless. Enjoy!
