22.01.2022 Please consider new source of problem of Coronavirus- packaged frozen foods given in posting below. Don’t get exasperated- we have to be patient and go through. It needs your attention though. Scientists think low concentration of virus may not be able survive freeze thaw cycles and this being significant issue is slim. But there is no proof either way in any details. But cold storage places are being known as potentially problematic. So the post below indicates you have to apply caution in all matters of frozen foods. Cooking destroys but handling and storage contamination of fridge contents needs common sense.

16.01.2022 HAND SANITIZER POISONING: THIS HAS MORE THAN DOUBLE ALCOHOL CONTENT THAN 40% WHISKY . Beware of children! Attractive handy dispenser for children to play with. Accidental swallowing cases increased! Quote news item The dangers of ingesting the now readily-available product have been highlighted in the case of accidental poisoning in a six-year-old child who needed intensive care treatment.... Genevieve Adamo, a senior specialist in poisons information at the NSW Poisons Information Centre, said there has been a marked increase in calls about alcohol-based hand sanitiser poisonings, with more than 1000 calls from February to the end of July this year. This is 2.5 times the number of calls received for the same period in 2019, she said. The majority of calls were for accidental poisoning, Ms Adamo said, and three-quarters of all the alcohol-based hand sanitiser calls were about cases in children under the age of five who had ingested some sanitiser. There have been occasional cases where some kids have gotten very sick, she said. Unquote news

15.01.2022 Please consider likely new source of Coronavirus infection from frozen and other food packets from overseas. [14/8/20, 7:49:05 am] Bharathy : It has been found out that frozen chicken packets from Brazil is contaminated with Coronavirus. This brings the seriou issue of potential contamination from supply chain from imported food and other products from India Bangladesh Pakistan. Frozen meat carries worst risk as temperatures and meat- medium favours active virus being transm...itted. However we need to apply caution in handling other packages of food and internet import parcels. One major factor is contamination by manual handling process and storage in fridge. Due washing swab etc needed. As cooking will destroy virus it is in handling that most caution is needed. By now pre COVID stocks and packeted stuff would have been exhausted and supplies now would have great risk of contamination. Packaged now with large number of workers involved. Beware of eating raw of nibbles or salads without heating. If u must then microwave to 80 deg C or heat in Tawa so that high temperature is maintained for minutes. Nobody really knows this way of contamination and how to get out of this route but commonsense is only available method for now as lots of permutations and combinations arise and you can’t have simple techniques. The governmental level u can’t expect this level of caution as they are under lobby pressures from commerce. So unless it’s conclusively proved don’t expect official notifications . Even meat products locally are an issue. ( abattoirs, restaurants and pubs have been second wave clusters- but governments have not issued any caution ) [14/8/20, 7:53:30 am] Bharathy / Prabha: ... 15.01.2022 Curtsey Dr Jeyasreedharan There is another connected news from WHO. Obviously check and balance are necessary but still I would insist commonsense applies here As anywhere else. There are so many angles to be considered when a large institution declares something definitive. https://twitter.com/BreakfastNe/status/1294053659890786304

13.01.2022 Re posting below : attention of International Students and temporary visa holders. This sort of conversation should be encouraged. This type of thinking leads to entrepreneurship building and has to percolate our thinking process. There are lot of unwritten useful things which clicks - you pick up in networking. Irrespective of the immediate outcomes in terms of sucess in getting jobs. There is collective mental process involved in such matters. We lack considerably in this a...rea. ( A Sikh taxi driver once told me you can’t find a Punjabi’s in Centerlink Ques ,we only drop others there, we look after our people. may be bit of exaggeration - but note the confidence ) This is sort of thinking that youth need to be exposed to. Re this sessions posted below- and what it can do , may be not much who knows? we have to acknowledge that we are hardworking from our perspective but we also need to be smart in this kind of pheripheral vision - not only the kind of street smartness we display now, but there are other models of smartness by more successful communities. There may be other simpler pathways to which we may be unknowingly blind to. It happens to best of us from time to time.

03.01.2022 . . . - . ? . ? . ... . 3 . . . Hope everyone will be safe and well. This is a historical turning point in humanity. How the collective mind values shift is not predictable. However my hope it would be better and equitable way of living will emerge. Sharing the only life we all have with the planet and it’s being. This realization is not easy to come by. Whether this covid episode is enough or further lessons are necessary? The Facebook postings usefulness can’t be fathomed. There is no recognition that it is serving any purpose or members like something else or left alone. So might not put postings. Simply can’t work in dark. May be requires less domination.
