If you are feeling uncertain or anxious about how it is impacting you..., one of the best ways you can manage your stress and anxiety is to focus on the actions that are within your control. Make sure look after your physical and emotional wellbeing by keeping busy. Keep learning and continue your studies with TasTAFE, read a book youve been wanting to read, or listen to a new podcast. Maybe try out a new hobby or skill cook a new recipe, learn a new language, or get out into the garden and plant some winter veg. You can even schedule a workout with a mate keeping 1.5m apart of course! Remember, we are all in this together, and you are not alone.
