16.01.2022 Delivery Announcement Firstly, we would like to thank all of our amazing customers for your patience. We will endeavour to respond to the influx of messages as soon as possible. I understand your screens are bombarded with COVID-19 updates, so we will try to keep it simple. Circumstances can change very quickly so we cannot guarantee how long we will be operating. For now, we are business as usual ... well, with a few extra precautions. ... Rest assured, the health, safety and well being of our customers, suppliers, community and Taste Before Waste team are our priority. Deliveries will continue as per usual for the majority of our customers. However to practice good social distancing techniques we request the following; - Please do not greet Driver Jake. We know he loves a good chat , but we are requesting that you do not meet him for delivery. - Deliveries will be left in a shaded secure place. Once Jake has left, please collect your order. - Purchasing via the website, or direct debit preferred. If you are unable, please leave cash in a secure location and text us (so we can collect). - Daycare (or high density areas) will be left outside your premises. Jake will call you once he has delivered so you can collect. - You can continue to return your boxes. We will be placing them in quarantine for a minimum of 36 hours before re-use. Internally, we are practicing partial self isolation. Jake will be packing produce in our shed during hours staff are not present. We are taking this pandemic very seriously so that we are doing our part not to participate in the spread of COVID-19.
