23.01.2022 ATTENTION WATERWORKS: TasWater will commence essential upgrades to the Upper Reservoir Dam from February to October 2021. To complete these works safely, a number of closures will be in place for the duration of the works. These include: Depot Road Dam Crest Road The car park next to the dam crest... Some walking trails on the northern side of the dam including Lower Reservoir and Upper Reservoir circuits. Traffic management will be in place along the reserve access road to safely manage construction and local traffic. A new pipeline is to be built from the Booth Avenue Pump House Station, along the Brooker Highway shoulder, up McGough Street then under Elwick Road and into the Hobart Showgrounds. Residents may intermittently experience an increase in construction traffic and noise. ... 08.01.2022 Latrobe Sewerage Upgrade works will be finishing up on Bradshaw St and moving onto Thomas St next week. This means we will need to close Bradshaw St on February 1 and 2, 2021. This will impact bus route on Bradshaw Street. It will reopen on Wednesday 3 February 2021, when school returns. We thank you for your understanding during this important upgrade works.... 05.01.2022 ATTENTION BEACONSFIELD: WATER RESTORED Once water is restored, you may notice your water is temporarily cloudy or dirty in appearance from air and/or sediments being flushed out. If this happens, please run an outside tap closest to your water meter for about 10 minutes until the water runs clear. If you experience ongoing water quality issues after that, please contact us on 13 6992. We thank you for your patience during this outage.

02.01.2022 Great news! Risdon Brook Park will reopen tomorrow. We’ve installed new park furniture, a new swing set, planted over 300 trees, sown new lawns and established a number of new plantings at the site. The new barbecues are almost ready to go, so keep an eye on this page for an announcement in the coming weeks. We would like to thank the local community for their patience while we completed these essential repairs and improvements. We hope you enjoy the upgraded facilities. Gates are open from 7.30am to 8pm (daylight saving time only). Other times from 7.30am to 4.30pm.
