13.01.2022 Some lovely memories shared last weekend with @yoga_coast_ Bridie Young as we held space with these fabulous women at the Haven Retreat at HHH. Nourished with beautiful food (from Kylie Rugless). Nurturing the body, mind and spirit with gentle flow yoga, meditation, journaling for 2021 and Yin Yoga. It was a beautiful way to support these ladies as we head towards Christmas.

03.01.2022 January is such a motivating and exciting time for us a brand new year. A time we set new goals towards our health. We may start with exercise perhaps yoga classes and then balance this with cardio and strength training and tell ourselves we will go 3/5 days a week. OR as some one recently said to me i will do yoga everyday my new years resolution! Where i see all of these activities contributing to our wellbeing the most important aspect is usually missing and that's our ...nutrition. Are we eating enough? Are you nourishing and fueling your body with lots of nutritious food with the new exercise goals? When our nutrition is lacking we may start feeling fatigue, muscles tight and stiff. Feel emotional, frustrated and have no energy, when we thought all this exercise would give us lots of energy and instead we start to feel tired, disappointed, carry an injury, feel grumpy and perhaps give up. Some of you may be aware of my Metabolic Precision Nutrition journey it still remains an integral part of my life. Most importantly its about how i function and feel on a daily basis. When i am not feeling physically great it usually is about my nutrition not being on point! Remember it's a journey not a destination and no one is perfect, we all slip up from time to time and that's ok! Yes how I look is important to me, but honestly as i age it's more about how i function and feel. I think this applies at any age. No one wants to feel like crap. Do you need help and support with your nutrition? Are you worried about feeling uncomfortable in your clothes. Are you over exercising resulting in injuries, tight muscles and feeling tired physically and emotionally? Or simply do you want to understand what foods to eat to help you feel amazing? Make this your best year yet by loving and nourishing yourself not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. Need support or a question answered please don't hesitate to send me a message. Or Book your one on one 12 week Nutrition program available now. Stacey Metabolic Precision Nutritionist.
