04.01.2022 || Echuca Food & Wine Club || Last night we hosted 35 lovely gentlemen from the Echuca Food and Wine Club for a magnificent 4 course dinner.. ** food envy warning**... Canapés - Panko crust lamb brains, prosciutto, caper, parsley buerre blanc. - Seared calf's liver, onion jam, sticky balsamic, garlic croute. - Chicken liver parfait, white toast. - Escargo Entrée - Rabbit and pork terrine, pistachio nuts, roquette, fennel salad, spiced apricot chutney, jus gras. Main Course - "Three Rivers Specialty Meat Co", Dukkah roasted Bunnaloo lamb rack, sweet pea mint puree, pommes fondant, Caselout, horseradish. Dessert - Jasmine tea crème brulee, chilli spiced lychees, coconut ice-cream, curd, meringue, tuille. Thank-you for joining us gents. We are sure you all enjoyed your evening
