15.01.2022 Saturday night dinner last weekend was delish - beetroot and red wine risotto with fresh spinach, parsley and thyme. Thanks to K&R Produce for having amazing beetroot at the Barossa Farmer's Market. And we popped into the garden for the spinach, thyme and parsley (also available from our stall at the market in the morning.)
