13.01.2022 Taralga friends SPECIAL - only 6 small duck pies left... free local delivery $15 each. PM us for details Delicious homemade confit duck pie, made with Maremma free range duck marylands. Once duck is falling off the bone it is picked - Carrot, celery, onion and parsely are addeded and its topped with Crookwell mashed potatoes! Just heat in the oven and enjoy with a glass of red wine! Pre heat oven to 180 degrees for 25 mins.

This allows us to offer a very diverse workplace working with happy animals pigs, ducks, chickens, cows and some gorgeous maremma puppies! Private room accomodation in separate staff house. We are a young family with 3 boys, chemical free produce, alcohol, limited internet and minimum wage inclu...ded. 2 days off with Sydney (only 2.5hrs away) or Canberra (only 1.5hrs away).
