01.01.2022 It is with great sadness that Tattoo Nation is closing our doors permanently due to the Tattoo Parlor Act. We do not know and never will know the reason for this , we have depleted all resources fighting to have this law changed to remain opened or at least the reason for closure, only to be told and i quote"if we think it is an adverse security issue and we do , we do not have to disclose the reason and we are not going to"unquote. Definition of "adverse security issue" is ...we haven't made it up yet.(my quote) This law is a bad law which will eventually affect all if not stopped, it is a breach of human rights and discrimination to the highest level, So very unaustralian , it has done nothing but take good people out of a job and give them no choice but to work underground or go on the dole,shame police commissioner. In closing myself and staff would like to thank each and everyone of you for your support over the past decade it is very sad for us that it has come to this , not only have I been stripped of my assets we have also been stripped of our passion, again thankyou without your support we were nothing for that I am truly grateful.thank you for the memories.
