24.01.2022 Pork Belly RED HOT special of $15.99 per kg - Chinese Roast Pork Belly - try this simple recipe 1. Rub pork belly skin side with equal quantities of salt and Chinese five spice mixed together. 2. Place in fridge uncovered for minimum 3 hours or overnight 3. Place pork on a tray and into preheated oven at 220 C 4. After 15 minutes or when crackle is to your liking, turn oven down to 170 for 2 hours... 5. Allow meat to rest for 10 minutes. 6. while meat is resting grab some salad greens, cabbage, bok choy, spring onion or whatever you have at hand. Mix and top with an Asian style dressing (lime juice, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar in equal quantities and brown sugar to taste) 7.
