21.01.2022 Important information for Medibank customers regarding their 2016 Tax Returns - Medibank has announced there is a delay in receiving your 2016 Annual Private Health Insurance Statements therefore, you cannot lodge your 2016 Tax Return until this is issued. As of today, Medibank is expecting to issue the Annual Statements on 15 July 2016. 16.01.2022 We received a number of queries from clients about access to their Payment Summaries (commonly referred to as Group Certificates). With the introduction of Single Touch Payroll "STP" there is a slight change to the way employees will receive their Payment Summary. If your employer is reporting under STP, then you will no longer receive a paper version of your Payment Summary. Instead, you will receive an INCOME STATEMENT from your myGov account.
