20.01.2022 Hi ladies, I hate writing things like this but i have had WAY to many no shows lately, 24hrs prior to your appointment everyone receives a text message for you to either confirm or cancel your appointment. A simple n for no is all you need to do to let me know you cant come! I book out roughly a week in advance and turn away clients daily. This is my livelihood, how I support my children, pay my bills. Imagine going to work and your boss telling you, you wont be paid for a ...few hours. It’s not a nice thing to do to anyone. I can easily fill your appointment if you just let me know. If you don’t let me know your not coming to your appointment, you will NOT be rebooked, without paying your appointment in full on the time of booking.

20.01.2022 Hey ladies, Just a friendly reminder to please be patient when using phone calls to book your appointment. If I don’t answer your call, I am not ignoring you. I am most likely with a client, I will always answer if I’m doing nails etc but if I’m in the middle of a facial, waxing etc I can’t stop mid treatment to answer my phone.
