15.01.2022 DAY ON THE PLATE Not much has changed nutrition wise since the worlds gone mad. Trying to stay in as much routine as possible to ensure I don’t go way off track. If you’re struggling to keep your nutrition in check during these times here are just a couple of tips: Create routine / structure in your day... Track your food- even if you don’t have specific macros targets, this will still keep you accountable and aware Set specific meal times to ensure you aren’t just snacking all day long Pre-plan your meals (this goes hand in hand with the above two points) Keep yourself occupied (go for a walk, learn a new skill, read, study, etc.) With all of this being said , now is not a time to stress about specific aesthetic goals in terms of calories etc, but more on your mental state and what makes FEEL good physically (post to come on this!)

15.01.2022 Well after going through basically an entire prep it looks like I won’t be stepping on the platform this Sunday But on a positive note- now I have time to get stronger before I eventually compete

12.01.2022 Here’s some tough love for your Tuesday If you are a client and aren’t being compliant with a program that your trainer has taken the time to write specifically for you and then wonder why you aren’t seeing the results you want- don’t blame your trainer. We are only there for 45minutes to 4 hours of your week (depending how many sessions you’re doing) If you opt to only do say 1x45 minute session per week- that’s another 167 hours in the week that are up to you. We cannot s...poon feed you or force you to be compliant to a program. Our job is to give you the right tools to be able to do the rest on your own and then push you through however many face-to-face sessions you opt to do. The rest is on you.
