13.01.2022 Blessings All, There is not a lot we can control right now (especially in MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA) We dont have a lot of control in our lives, due to being in stage 4 lockdown! But what we do have is... Control over our breathe!... For years now people have been shallow breathing, breathing in just enough to keep us alive. Thats why there are so many of us living with depression and anxiety and stress. Breathing shallow doesn't allow your body to reach those much needed oxygen levels that relax our muscles and nervous systems. It just keeps us alive, which is good but it could be better. Learning to breathe deep into your tummy (yes your tummy ) Allows your body to slow down and relax. This in turn allows your blood to flow freely, cells to begin regeneration and your muscles to relax and your body to begin healing itself. Try it... Sit somewhere quiet breathe deeply through your nose, hold for 3 secs, then breathe out very slowly through your lips while Counting to 10, then repeat, deep breathe again and again. Try and sit for at least 5 mins doing this, then scan your body (notice how your shoulders have relaxed and your body is calmer.) Try and sit for a bit longer time each time you try it. Practise this during moments of stress too, even if you are not able to sit. FOCUS on your breathe Heal yourself. SIMPLE! CONTROL, returns. Many blessings. Namaste and Love. See more

13.01.2022 Blessings All, Today @3.22pm Melbourne time the Moon is full in Pisces. Pisces energy is soft and flowing, its time to release your fears! There really is nothing worse than living in fear. It can be conquered by stepping outside your comfort zone.... Letting go of things that are holding you back only prevents you from moving forward. So take a feep breathe in ... Let it out slowly through your lips. Breathe through your fear and with Pisces energy allow your thoughts to begin a positive track towards your dreams. They are the dreamers of the zodiac, they can sometimes feel like they are in a different world but they allow themselves to daydream and this is s form of meditation as long as its a positive theme. DREAM AGAIN..let yourself be transformed in hope, peace and love. If you want to release negativity, write it down, burn the paper and let the negative energies drift away with the smoke. 12.01.2022 Blessings All, Tomorrow 6th June @5.13am. Is the Full Moon in Sagittarius. There is also an Eclipse so this FULL MOON is much more powerful than normal. Sagittarius brings the opportunity for honesty (they shoot straight with their bow and arrow) kindness,... Independence and loyalty. As you know Full Moons are a time of releasing. Expect big changes especially with the Eclipse. We all have a lot to release right now before we can move into this New world we are creating. Things need to go! 06.01.2022 This is very much where we are right now... Are we learning the lessons about this Pandemic? Are we ABLE to learn and understand the lesson??? We have to continue to live with hope and faith... Humanity is needed now more than ever not individually but as a Universal healing tool.

03.01.2022 Blessings All, Full Moon in Capricorn Sun 5th July @ 2.44pm. Capricorn are tenacious, stubborn, hard working, emotional and have a hard streak. Use it all during this time. Also another partial eclipse too but again this only amplifies the energies.... Full Moons allow us to release and get rid of anything that No longer serves us. The way the world is right now, fear and impatience and frustration is all around us. If we can learn to let go of these emotions it will allow healing on a global level. I know first hand how difficult it is to remain who we are deep down as we are all restricted from embracing each other during our most difficult times, our celebrations, and our feelings of belonging. During this full moon, let go of your worries, fears and anything else you want to remove. Write them down, visualise, self talk, scream, vent to the moon. Whatever it takes, let it go... Then take a long deep cleansing breathe and start to believe that every thing is alright! It might be very different but it will get better... Aquarians are full on Humanitarians, I mean that they truely , truely care about humanity in all its forms. Where we all find ourselves right now is focusing on the outcome of humanity during these most difficult and trying times. Self care is getting pushed aside by fear and worry. Selfishness, non belief and emotional outbursts are evident in the community brought on by FEAR... Although fear can help us to move from where we are emotionally it can also STOP us from being sensible, productive and compassionate in helping each other to do what needs to be done. ERADICATING the virus so our lives can return to some form of normality again. This should be EVERYONE'S priority! EMPATHY is what is also needed to understand and have tolerance for others. Even those that you dont agree with! The non believers of this Pandemic say the sheep are acting from fear but refuse to think that they too are acting on fear based on their own perspectives and NOT what should be best for the whole. Even those that we call 'idiots , non compliant people' are living in denial , once again living in FEAR. Therefore humanity gets lost in the process of people's own AGENDA as oppossed to being mindful of the actually outcome EVERYONE wants. To be free, to be able to go about our lives as we want to, to participate in life and society and most of all to SURVIVE... FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS , its time to be a HUMAN living on this EARTHY plain in the NOW. Spiritually, that is Why we here, WE CHOSE TO LIVE DURING THESE TIMES to learn about humanity.
