24.01.2022 WEEK TWO, DAYS FOUR, FIVE, SIX & SEVEN! Hey beautiful people! I know I went MIA again this weekend, we had a crazy end of month at work so I treated my self this weekend and had a lazy one! I honestly cannot believe how insanely easy joining this biz has been! The friends I’ve made, the results I’m seeing from all of the products not just the nutrition part of things! Just by simply swapping out what I was using before to Arbonne and sharing this all with you guys has been a...n amazing experience and I’m so glad I took the jump and thought ‘what if I smash this?’ And I have not looked back! 23.01.2022 Face full of Arbonne products today I finally got my full RE9 advance kit and omg only after using it twice my face feels so nice and soft also in my order yesterday I got the liquid foundation, I’ve put that on for the first time today and you really only need a very little bit of it! The coverage is amazing! The picture does not do it justice! I was worried about getting the wrong shade for my skin tone but bit the bullet anyway and I picked the right one so that’s a r...elief! 20.01.2022 WEEK 3 DAY ONE So I’ve realised I’m struggling to keep with the shakes on the weekend but so easy to get back on track, I jumped on the scales today and I’ve gone from 92.6 last week to 92 this week, that’s a total loss of 2.1KGs, so roughly it’s been a kilo a week which isn’t too bad! I’m going to do my best to stick to this over the next weekend as I’m just over half way to finishing the 30 days to healthy living! I’ve meal prepped for the next two nights which makes thing ...so much easier! I’m really craving a coke or a soft drink tonight but I’ll have a fizz stick instead which should help with that! 19.01.2022 WEEK TWO DAY TWO Hey beautiful people so I forgot to take photos today and any I did take I have already posted as I cannot get enough of Arbonne’s Mascara! So I thought I’d post a picture of my little fur baby which is one of the reasons why I joined Arbonne! Isn’t she just the cutest Anyways... back to the healthy living program! I’m finding it easier and easier to not snack as much as I would normally. In saying that when I get home from work I feel a bit hungry, I try to go for a walk to preoccupy my brain or some house work to distract me until dinner but the cravings for soft drinks aren’t as strong anymore which is a great bonus! 13.01.2022 WEEK THREE, DAYS 5,6 & 7 Good morning lovely people I know I haven’t posted for the last few days sorry about that but I’m back ! Tomorrow marks the one week mark until my first 30 days of healthy living is complete! I did cheat a little this weekend and I am house sitting for my nan and didn’t we had some other family events on, we went out for lunch on Saturday with my partners family to celebrate his nans birthday and instead of getting pasta or chips and gravy so somethin...g along those lines I ordered a salad and got some chips on the side, first of all.. I never ever order salads when going out but I was actually happy with that decision because I knew my body would thank me later! An other thing I normally would never do is eat the salad first when I’ve ordered chips! I would normally eat all my chips first and fill up, then eat the salad, but I chose to fill up on the salad and eat the chips last incase the salad didn’t fill me up! The third thing I noticed which has been happening more and more since starting this is noticing the signs when my body is telling me it’s full, and having the will power to stop there and not over eat! For example when I was eating the chips I got to a point where I realised I don’t need to eat these anymore and moved the chips away so I didn’t keep eating them, even for dinner last night I had pasta and instead of eating the whole lot I only put half in my bowl and that was enough for me. Even if I haven’t lost that much weight this week or in the first 30 days it’s really setting me up to make the right choices so in the long run I can get to where I want to be . Monday is here and I’ve already had my breakfast shake and getting back into the routine after the weekend antics and I already can’t wait for my lunch shake! I’ll be ordering my next 30 days soon! 06.01.2022 WEEK THREE DAY TWO Hey guys and gals! Not too much to report today that’s out of the ordinary, I thought I’d really struggle with this challenge but I’m doing pretty well with it! It is a little bit of a struggle on the weekend but I think that comes down to my mind set so that’s something I’m going to have to work on! 01.01.2022 This morning I decided to take a before my morning routine and after shots Again i have my Arbonne face on!
