22.01.2022 Don't forget to have your roofs/gutters cleaned. Water ingress due to blocked guttering can cause major damage. Call us if you require us to come and assist you!

17.01.2022 Sometimes we come across things that make us cringe. This is a hot water heater I attended to this afternoon to check if it caused a very high electricity bill. Anyone with electrical knowledge will cringe. For the others, it doesn’t get much worse than this. Constant power connected to an element. How the heater has not blown up is beyond me! Use licenced trades at all times.

16.01.2022 8pm callout to a loud bang and water everywhere! You should change your flex hoses every 5 years and have the pressure limited to your property to 500kpa. Saves a lot of mess and costs in the long run.

13.01.2022 Misaligned drainage pipes can be the cause of subsidence and foundation movement. This is from a commercial kitchen. Needless to say I think we will have the shovels out in the next few days!! Sorry about the blurry images. Clients decided it was a great time to use hot water and steam up my lens.

02.01.2022 A recent re-run of a sewer line to divert around a new dwelling to be built shortly. Replacing earthenware pipe with PVC and surrounding it with blue metal (Inspected and passed by Fair Trading). Do you have sewer issues at your place? Might be time to use CCTV to inspect it and repair/replace any areas that are not in good condition.
