It has been brought to my attention that a tenant received a visit from a Plumber stating the following; The Real Estate has asked me to come and have a look at the septic tank & pump The tenants did not think anything of this & allowed the so called tradesman entry through the house to gain entry out the back - the so called tradesman advised there is nothing wrong with the system it seems to be working fine I will let the Real Estate know... again gained entry through the house to front door! It was not a concern to the tenant until the other tenant returned home & realized that it was not the usual plumber that would attend & No email or phone call from our office was received & called to check with myself!!!! Please keep in mind if a job order is sent - you will receive an email advising who is requested to attend the property or a phone call from our office advising!
