Working out of our Sydney office, Andrew's been with Taylor & Scott for 9.5 years and specialises in Immigration and Personal Injury law. What is your greatest strength in the workplace? I am approachable, perceptive and easy-going. I am also a great team player. ... What’s been your proudest achievement since being at Taylor & Scott? a) Marrying my beautiful wife, Amy with whom I now have one child and our second on the way. b) Being admitted as a Lawyer What made you want to go into law? This may sound very corny, but I had always enjoyed helping others and especially those in great need. Whilst working at law firms as a Law Clerk, I came to realise that practising law could be a great way to serve that purpose. What are your hobbies outside of work? I have been playing soccer with my good friends on a weekly basis for years and am now involved as a Treasurer for an incorporated soccer club. I also enjoy other sporting activities such as stand-up paddling and have developed a special interest in building and construction. I have been attending classes to complete a Certificate IV in Building and Construction outside of work.

Working my way up from a paralegal to a senior associate and balancing my career and parenthood. What made you want to go into law? I have always enjoyed problem solving and helping people so becoming a lawyer allowed me to do both of these things. What are your hobbies outside of work? Travelling and spending time with family and friends.

What is your greatest strength in the workplace? Attention to detail. What's been your proudest achievement since being at Taylor & Scott? Securing a better future for my clients who have often been financially devastated by injury and are unable to return to work. What made you want to go into law? As a teenager I was addicted to the TV series LA Law, so I guess I was destined to be lawyer. What are your hobbies outside of work? Travel (preferably somewhere warm) and horse racing, I never miss a Melbourne spring carnival.
