Our horomones, bodies, mind and health are continuously changing and if something doesnt seem right dont be afraid to seek help and get the answers you want! September is PCOS awareness month! Choose one thing to focus on each week that way after 4 weeks you have 4 new habits that you are more likely to stick too!!
