21.01.2022 Completed a short contract recently carrying out some work on a machine bucket ... Crack repairs & fittting wear plates inside and out. Mig welded with 3xp flux core wire and required a pre heat to 150, then 3 run fillets all round to create the required 18mm fillet welds.

I designed this to comply with council regulations, and carried out all the fitting of electricts, plumbing etc and organised registration. Ready to hit the streets! 03.01.2022 Customised a trailer for a lawnmowing company. Folding platform and ramp conversion instaled for loading purposes
03.01.2022 Spending some time doing structural work in a workshop. Getting the chance to lay down some heavy welds. 8mm fillet on 150mm box with 20mm plates. Plus did some work on the new crane for the workshop. Its over 15m long, 100% penetration required on all welds, plus pass ultrasonic testing.
