14.01.2022 Over the weekend, I had the privilege of taking the top @engine_swim athletes through my new Mental Performance workshop. Designed to look at HUMAN POTENTIAL (not just athletic / or business). We covered how to set a dream - with the base of the intention coming from LOVE, not FEAR. Too often do I see athletes set goals from a place of not being good enough. The goal can have an underlying intention of just trying to prove. But, that's fear, and it will lead you to unmet expectations, not fulfilment. I had the privilege of having amazing mentors growing up, so it feels satisfying to share wisdom to these young folk. - @devoncooper.co
