14.01.2022 To all our customers, Through these challenging times, the aim of every Australian supermarket is to provide you and your family with the food and essentials yo...u need. Thats why collectively, we want to reassure you that your wellbeing, and that of our teams, will always be our priority. Our suppliers and teams are doing everything possible to get as many products onto all our shelves as they can, often under very difficult circumstances. So we ask you to please be considerate in the way you shop. We understand your concerns, but if you only buy what you need and stick to the product limits, it helps everyone, especially the elderly and people with disability. There are thousands of your fellow Australians who are working tirelessly across our stores every day. To them, we say thank you. We ask that you treat these dedicated people with the courtesy and respect they deserve. No-one working or shopping in any of our stores should experience abusive or aggressive behaviour. Thank you for your patience and support as we rise to the challenge of these extraordinary times together. For the most up to date information please visit http://bit.ly/2UdWLY3

01.01.2022 You might have noticed a few more trucks in our suburbs and towns recently, at different times than normal. Youre not imagining it, its a thing. Its all pa...rt of ensuring that our supermarkets can stay stocked during this pandemic. A week ago the State Government changed regulations to allow for truck movements to occur 24 hours a day. This means commercial deliveries to shopping centres can occur beyond normal hours, allowing more stock to be delivered to local shops. When panic buying hit WA, supermarkets werent able to restock their shelves fast enough to keep up - it was never an issue of supply. If were sensible at the supermarket, and only buy what we need, with more deliveries coming to stores, its going to help keep shelves stocked for everyone.
