Some exciting things for the Taylor family that happened this year! Dale (Norm) and Chris celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary(yes we all know Chris deserves a gold medal) ... Luke and Sophie welcomed their fourth child Lane Dylan and Carla Welcomed their 2nd child Cheyse! Kieran and Elise tied the knot in October! 12.01.2022 Yesterday afternoon, one of our valued team members, Damien, was involved in a single vehicle accident on the Mulligan Highway (Between Mareeba and Mt Molloy). Thankfully, Damien is recovering in hospital. Our team would like to extend a massive THANK YOU to the first people on the scene, the wonderful hard working first responders and the doctors and nurses that assisted Damien. We can’t thank the community enough for their support and well wishes. We hope to have Damien back on deck soon. Stay safe.

07.01.2022 Bluey Larrikin timber cutter Bluey was well known throughout the region. Also known as Taipan on the footy field, he was a pioneer timber cutter in Far North Queensland for Rankine Brothers, falling select trees for the mill throughout nominated areas in the region. The techniques, knowledge and experience that Pop gained were second to none and have been passed down the generations.
