23.01.2022 Before and after an Upcycle remodel alteration. From a dated drop waist with old loose sequins and beading to a classy Princess A-line, satin waist band and full circle tulle over skirt. A big, tapered tail, bow in the back to finish the flow of the corset back into a waist band.

16.01.2022 Up-cycling this beautiful dress to go with her husbands kilt. Took out the zipper back and replaced with a tartan corset back. Replaced the band around the top of the bodice and added a tapered panel emphasising the flattering curved overlay in the skirt. Then to finish the job a large double bow with tapered and shaped tails flowing down the back. ... All of this was achieved using 3 tartan school uniform skirts and some innovation and imagination.

13.01.2022 This Dress was an alteration. I'm kicking myself I didn't take a before photo because it was 5 sizes to big for this lovely girl whom was lost in it! A few alterations and I think she looks beautiful in it.

13.01.2022 Lace this fine is always challenging. Alteration: increased bodice circumference at side seams. Removed lace to decreased fullness in cups and reshape bust line. Hand stitched lace back on. Created a three point bustle. Reduced length of bagged out hem and tulle over lay.

06.01.2022 Best upcycle ever! Customer wanted to match her husband to be's Kilt. Using 3 school skirts we removed the zip, replaced with a corset back. Removed the header of the bodice and replaced with tartan. Added a tapered tartan panel to balance the front. Made a large double tartan bow with tapered tails to finish the flow of tartan from the corset back down to length of the dress. ... Loved doing this. Loved working with Zoë Bambi-Joy Thank you

05.01.2022 This was originally a one piece suit. It was way to small for the little girl. So I put a corset back in with a stretchy modesty panel replacing the zip. Took the little shorts off and applied a thick Lycra waist band.

01.01.2022 Something different. This client wanted something sparkly to replace the cheap tutu's she'd been wearing. She's a facepainter so I included a secret pocket for cash or a phone. There was a bit of fabric left over so a matching head band seemed like the obvious accessory. She is a fantastic face painter, very talented, you can find her on Facebook 'Faces for Wrigglepots.'
