21.01.2022 Lower Body Session Tonight’s session for my client Sydney focused on her Lower Body Strength, Sydney started training with me just over 6 weeks ago so we have both been looking forward to starting a second program we’re we are able to up her weights after 4 weeks of focusing on her technique. Exercises featured in post include... - Safety Bar Box Squat - Barbell Hip Thrusts - Banded KB Romanian Deadlift We warm up before these main exercises with banded exercises and core work such as Glute Bridges, Fit-Ball rollouts, Clams, Dead Bugs. I am so proud and happy with this clients dedication to her sessions each week and I’m excited to see her progressions in the near future.

14.01.2022 Despite 2020 being a wild ride it taught me to work smarter, slow down, prioritise my health as much as I do my clients & that although it was one ‘sucky’ year I’m grateful it happened. I truely believe it will stay the year that changed our worlds because it did change mine. Despite the negatives here are some of my highlights for myself & Wholesome Health. - Hosted my first success fitness challenge & still train every participant beside 1. - Finished my first year of un...i, studying a bachelors degree. - Survived my first year as a registered business and sole trader. - Hit capacity as a PT for the first time! - Clients achieved some pretty amazing performance results like an 80kg deadlift. - One of my client feel so in love with training she’s enrolled to become a PT in February. - Hit over 1000 genuine and engaged followers on Instagram. So, although 2020 had some major downfalls, hardship & I genuinely lost the plot of 2 weeks in lockdown () I wouldn’t change it. Thanking you all for your love and support throughout.
