25.01.2022 Talk about good timing! Our neighbours tagged us in this last night while we were cooking the tomahawk we showed you how to reverse sear in The Kettle Kone Army! Any one else have dodgy neighbours you have to keep an eye on while you're barbecuing???

This is the one we've been working on for most of the year and the one that we've been so excited about finally being able to share with you today! ... Over to Dean now from Schueys BBQ for the big reveal in his latest video he has put together for us especially for this announcement! Dean was one of our very first customers to purchase a Kettle Kone and has been such a huge supporter and great mate of ours ever since! What Dean has created in this video has completely blown us away and we really cant thank him enough for doing it for us! We cant wait to hear your thoughts once you've watched the video!

We're absolutely thrilled to officially announce that we've been working with Mel from Boss Hogg and the Duchess of Pork for a while now and that she and her incredible team are our Kettle Kone distributors! ... We can't thank Mel enough for her ongoing support and belief in both us and our product since the very early days of launching the Kettle Kone! Mel was our first supplier to have our Kettle Kones back in 2017 and she has become a great friend and mentor of ours which is why it gives us great pleasure to make this news official today on our birthday! What this announcement means for you guys is that now our Kettle Kones are being distributed from a major capital city (Melbourne) our delivery times should be shortened as they're no longer coming from all the way up in FNQ! 06.01.2022 Greek Night in Tinaroo Last night we shared a Greek themed feast with our neighbours and it was sensational! For a pre-dinner snack we cooked lamb chops rubbed with Greenwood Barbecue Tree Bark (that we served with fresh lime) and prosciutto wrapped haloumi using our Grill Pinz.... Main was a Skinnymixers recipe from Nik's latest best seller - A Little Taste of Greece. Pita bread cooked in the pizza oven and lamb & chicken souvalaki cooked over charcoal with tatziki and tabouli. Food that is prepared from scratch, cooked with love and shared with those you love helps to make night's like last night a night to remember! 01.01.2022 Last Friday we packed up our camping gear, hooked the trailer pit on and headed for the bush for a few days. We spent the weekend with some great friends camping on the banks of the Einasleigh river making memories with our boys. The world is a pretty crazy place at the moment and our thoughts are with everyone who is currently in lockdown. We hope that once this is all over and life goes back to a new kind of normal that you can get out and explore our great country.
