A Super mom dedicated herself to go for fitness goals having his 2 boys with her at the gym gave her the motivation that " SHE CAN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES".... Let's listen as Candy narrates her back story : I was 76 kg my heaviest non- pregnant weight and data a very stubborn plateau , no change in 5 month. I didn't have a lot of energy or motivation to do any proper training. I need to change . To be honest I hadn't thought much it about before Andrew called to follow up my enquiry. My main doubt was being able to fit the training times around my two young boys and that I wouldn't be able to commit to long term change. I figured I didn't have much to lose. Plus Andrew seemed so positive that everything would workout. I have made slow progress after becoming sick after my first 2 weeks. But before that I was feeling much stronger and noticing that day to day life was much easier due to more strength and energy and keep a more positive mindset. 01.01.2022 Erin Lane has a massive change after taking the right step towards her fitness journey I lost 20 kgs last year at my heaviest I was 118 kgs. Over summer this year I gained 8 kg. ... I wasn't happy about putting weight back on after the effort I put in to loosing weight. I didn't feel in control and I feel frustrated. After dealing with few struggles I felt very positive, felt like I was on track and knew this was going to lead to results I'm after. I guess not getting results in time frame I'm after, then I realized there is no rush and it's a journey it takes time. I was ready. I've always been over weight since I had my children and I knew I had to do something before I got any older. I don't want to be unfit and unhealthy anymore. In the 5 weeks I've been on the program, a lot of the everyday pain I have has gone. Feeling motivated and so much more energy. I feel relieve that I finally started on this journey.
