25.01.2022 Got home to a present from my darling fianc!!!!! We were watching the golf a few weeks back (something we generally do and 50% of us enjoys it) and all the Adidas lads were wearing these shoes and I told Kristy Donlan I need these shoes.......give or take a few weeks and my lovely dearest darling delivered.....love you dear!!!!!

Entries are now open, it is expected this event will book out very quickly so get your group together and nominate at the pro shop asap.

21.01.2022 Morning folks, just a little golf course update for you all, unfortunately the last 4-5 days have taken a toll on the course. There will be no carts on the course Monday - Friday this week, there is no exceptions to this. Although we will focus on getting the carts on the course for next weekend, we are facing an uphill battle for that to happen. We will continue to keep you updated. As always it is imperative that all players check into the Pro Shop before teeing off for the latest news. Ps check out the video in the comments section of the 9th hole!!!!!

20.01.2022 Something a little different in the re-grip world today. Had a customer come in who has had some surgery on his hand recently, as well as having difficulty closing his hand, in particular his thumb and forefinger. To assist him, we chucked some Golf Pride Multi Compound Plus 4 Jumbo grips on his weapons. The result being, his thumb and forefinger dont have to close as much as they would on a standard size grip. For those people out there who are bothered by arthritis in their hands or have had surgery and struggle to grip the club, pop on up and check out Golf Prides Multi Compund Plus 4 grips as well as Lamkins Arthritic grip which has proven popular. Given the forecast, this weekend might be the ideal weekend to refurbish your grips and get ready for a bumper season of golf!!!!!!

16.01.2022 Why would you tip Fez to win the Open this weekend......I’ve had a million calls, texts, tweets, regarding my comments on a recently posted video where I tipped Mark Paul Fliedner to win this weekends Wentworth Open, the biggest event in the Central West, the self titled 5th major, the pièce de résistance if you will. Well I take my selections seriously, I entrusted the assistance of a sports psychologist, we got talking arousal in sport. It’s massive, particularly this weeke...nd as temperatures soar to the mid 30’s these athletes need to peak at the right time. Optimal arousal in sport is defined as a requirement for athletes to perform their best. Arousal is different to anxiety as it is a physiological response similar to getting excited before an event. Arousal is about getting ready for action and often causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure as well as heightened neural activity. Anyway long story cut short......someone sent me this photo on Tuesday of Fez relaxing on his day off......needless to say my mates peaking at the right time!!!!! Your welcome.

16.01.2022 Its a tough watch (particularly at 4am watching it live back in 2012), but the kids a class act. Faldo says Adam Scotts going to be scarred for life.....thank god he only had to wait till April the following year. His reaction after missing speaks volumes!!!!! How good is sport!!!!

13.01.2022 This weekends 1st and 2nd round of the Club Championships has been postponed due to weather. Today and tomorrow we will still play an Individual Stableford, however carts will not be allowed on the course for the weekend. Please refer to the email that was sent out this week for the new dates for the Championships. All time sheets will be transferred to those dates. The sheets for Saturday 22nd of August and Sunday the 23rd of August are now active online. No tee times will ...be transferred to those dates. Should you have not received the email, please email [email protected] and you will be added to the golf updates email database. Cheers.
